Had to wait at the speaker a good 5 mins for a human to come on and take my order. They upcharge nearly $2 if you want chips and cheese instead of cinnamon twists and then they don't ask you what kind of sauce you want and don't include any, had to drive back and walk inside to get it, broken taco shell and drink tastes like cleaner solution.

Nacho cheese was cold, meat was only warm, Pepsi was in place of Dr pepper and vice versa. Food took over 10 minutes to prepare. Manager was helpful when told about issues, said she would replace items when we come back.

Excellent service!

I find the online ordering and drive through pickup process quite easy and very seamless!
They have really upgraded their menu and their whole ordering experience compared to how it was more than 10 years ago.

I was really put off by the AI robotic voice in drive through. I prefer interacting with people. I tried to order a freeze for my daughter, and it kept saying “unavailable”. I finally gave up and went inside where the human staff was very helpful and friendly, and explained their freeze machine was broken. My vote - do away with the AI and give the job back to a real person who needs it.

Not a fan of not having someone take my order. Walked up to the register and got ignored for a while before someone told me to use the kiosk thing. I stare at screens enough. Just let me yell you I want tacos and not have to navigate a menu and answer a bunch of questions and enter my phone number and email address and say no I don't want to add something for $2 and do someone's job so I can pay $17 for $3 worth of food. I might be getting old but just let me say "number 9 please" pay and be done. Give me my poorly made, cold meat, either too much lettuce or not enough, diced tomatoes with the core still on, stale shell tacos so I can get my drink at the sticky dirty soda fountain and give you my money I had to get a loan for so I can eat and go home and cry.
