Don't get the loaded friesThe fries were cold, the cheese wasn't melted and it had one cube of chicken. You can't reheat it because it comes with sour cream ?It made me giggle

As a Taco Bell employee, I am disappointed. I ordered a cantina chicken burrito and they didn't put lettuce or the purple cabbage on it... How do you not put some of the main ingredients on a NEW menu item that you just learned how to make. Very disappointing.

Will try you next. Done with Indian Land. Review to be edited afterwards. The Cantina menu is good, but in IL, almost no chicken. The more pricey stuff on their menu too. Making up for the value menu, I get it, but those have a lot more meat.

I will drive extra miles to come over other Taco Bell locations such as the one in Arboretum. Food is prepared well and as you would have asked for.Vegetarian options: Anything you would be able to swap with black or pinto bean

Hands down the worst Taco Bell in UC. The sad part is it used to be the better one! What happened?? If you do go, always check your bag before you leave. Wouldn’t recommend going after 9pm if you mind waiting in an empty drive thru line for 10+ minutes. Their only resolution to incorrect orders is “next time you come in we will compensate your order”, but when that next time comes they have no idea what you’re talking about. Calling corporate for a refund is just as useless.

spent 40 minutes in the drive through not moving and couldnt leave due to cars being stuck back to back. I physically dont understand how it can be that static. slowest service I have ever seen. on top of that they messed up my order and I refused to wait another 30 minutes getting it

Girl in the drive through was rude AF today. I rarely ever give bad reviews but this little girl rolling her eyes at me because I asked for hot sauce took me over the edge. Customer service is everything. Get someone else to run that drive-thru.
