I’ve taken my grandson here a few times. Every time I wonder why I go back. He gets his yogurt by himself, adds his toppings himself, he puts it on the scale and the counter person presses what ever button he needs to and then a tip shows up. (What did he do to get a tip) my grandson did all the work. The bill comes between 10 and 14$. Very expensive for yogurt and toppings. Not thrilled about this. Pay your employees better and don’t expect a type when they didn’t provide a service at all.

Unfortunately, since the mom and daughter left, everything has gone downhill, and I just wish you'd hire employees that care for your brand and the customer! I never said thank you enough if still with the company please bring them back. I can no longer support poor work ethic and customer service.

Eternally lost my business. The only reason this is one star is because of pricing. My half cup of ice cream was $9 and then on top of that TCBY expects we pay their employees because they don’t have the decency to pay them well themselves. I know I can just reject the tip but damn the kid says “the screen will ask you a question” and then stares at you. It’s hard not to sometimes. Over priced and the selection was extremely limited anyways. I was excited to go here instead of the grocery store to support smaller business. They have literally loss my business for life. Sorry for the negativity, it’s just wack honestly.

This Can"t Be Yogurt is what they were called when I went there as a kid. Now it is The Country's Best Yogurt. Not as cool.What I like about TCBY over other places like Sweetfrog is that I can't taste yogurt in the product. Other than that, they are identical. Great toppings bar, kind of pricey.

I got myself a cup of wedding cake-flavored yogurt (made with oat milk), some swirl of almond milk chocolate, and some oreo crumbs. I topped everything off with strawberry boba. It was a yummy treat and I love that there were dairy-free options.
Chocolate yogurt was good! Store is dirty, sticky and is in need of paint, and a good scrubbing badly! Will try a new place next time!

Very unsatisfied with my visit today. We walked in and the person working at the counter had 3 of her friends sitting in there. After we checked out, we were followed out the door by 3 boys who were screaming at us to leave her a tip and called us ugly as well. Very furious that she would tell them that we didn’t leave a tip so they would say something.
