If you want fresh fish, don't go to your local grocery store. Instead, try Terra Mare Market on the corner of Providence Road and New Town Road. The first thing you notice when you open the door is the fresh fish that is on display with the aroma of food cooking in the kitchen. Along with selling fish, you can order sandwiches, soups, or salads to go or eat outside. There are three tables with chairs to enjoy the food you ordered on a sunny day. I went there on a Saturday wanting to try the lobster roll, but it was already sold out. So I bought some salmon. It was delicious! I went back early Friday to get the lobster roll. It was worth the wait. Absolutely delicious. It's served on a toasted roll with lobster cuts that are buttery. When you bite in, you taste the crunchy roll and the warm buttery lobster. Squeeze some the slice of lemon on it and just enjoy the food. Will definitely go back for another lobster roll.

Being from New England, this is by far the best Lobster roll I have found. The fish is extremely fresh quality t try he Cod & Salmon so far we’re amazing. My Mum comes to visit from Asheville and we go by so she can stock her freezer at home. She Loved the crab cakes, & said everything she bought was wonderful.Thank you

Delicious. Flavorful. Unique. I am always surprised by any item on the menu. Fresh ingredients, delicious and interesting combos. I love the clam chowder too! This is a hidden treasure in Waxhaw. You will not be disappointed. Ask the owners to help you with flavors, they are pleasant and knowledgeable. They sincerely care about their customers.

Great take out seafood! We had the poke bowls and fish tacos and they were wonderful! I wish the kitchen stayed open a little later to allow pick up on the way home from work. Definitely fresh and excellent!

I just finished the Lobster Roll from your establishment. I have to say that was one of the top 3 sandwiches I have ever eaten. Perfect blend of bread, seasoning, butter and lobster. You use the good portion of the lobster, and not just the cheap not so tasty parts like many other do in their “ Lobster rolls” Well done, well done!!

Lucky Waxhaw; you are going to have the BEST fish market when this market moves from Charlotte to Waxhaw. Even though I will have to drive a lot farther, that won't deter me. Their fish is phenomenal and so are their lunches. Worth any drive!!!!!
