Won’t waste a dime. If a cup or lid falls on the floor they tell their employees to keep it. They use frozen fruit nothing fresh you are better off saving your money and making your drink yourself.

I made an online order for pick up. The item was ready within perfect time. I assume d all was good, but my mistake. Both items in the order were made wrong. I went back to have them remake and they refused and argued. Terrible customer service, I will not be returning!

Went to Tropical Smoothie Cafe because they were open until 9pm, arrived at 8:32pm and asked if they were open, the person at the cashier said yes. I said great, I would like a Santa fe Kassidia and he quick said the kitchen was closed and they could make a smoothie. I told him, no thank you. This really looked like they really didn't want to get anything dirty as it was close to closing. What made right the review, was the person at the cashier after I left went and turned the open sign off, this was 8:36pm, again it goes back to not wanting to serve food, but now not anything this close to closing. Really disappointed, I like eating and drinking at locations all over the US, will have to rethink stopping in one moving forward. I would definitely avoid the one in Waxhaw, not very friendly or motivated.
Not sure what changed but food quality is going downhill. Check out these fresh sweet potatoes we got today.Also, how hard is it to not put cheese in something??♂️

Terrible service. Refused to give me an order that I paid for through the app. Order ended up in Monroe even though I did not place it there. So, they took my money and I got no food in return.

Super disappointed to find out this place actually adds sugar to their smoothies. It's not listed on the menu as an added ingredient which is disturbing bc I thought I was just getting a smoothie with the ingredients listed on the menu. What if I was a diabetic or taking my child to drink what I thought was a healthy drink with only natural sugar from fruit? Who adds sugar to smoothies, like it defeats the purpose of trying to be healthy! Never going back!
