Let me start with how I pulled up to this Wendy’s location after a 9 hour straight drive to finally stop to eat before I made it home. The “Manger” Candy screamed across the parking lot as I pulled in “we’re closed” in extremely unpleasant voice and all I was trying to to ask is why it said open on the app and accepted my order. She just kept walking. I pulled up to the window since I saw a few workers through the glass. They also said they were closed and there was nothing they could do. So all I wanted to know was how am I getting the refund for the order that was placed on the app. They referred me to the manager who was the woman from the parking lot who said her name was Candy. She opened the window and said they have nothing to do with the app and closed the window in my face and walked away. This is exactly why I do not eat at Wendy’s much anymore, Chic fil a is on way better option for a reason, quality and professionalism. These incidents will catch up to those branches eventually…good luck in the future!

Worst Wendy’s ever. 6:30, only car in the drive thru and barely anybody inside and I still had time to write this review because it took so long for them to take my order. Not only that but this was the 3rd time I’ve been there and they took forever all 3 times but they also messed up my order all 3 times; either putting mustard on a burger when I asked for no mustard or forgetting bacon on a baconator. They need new management or ownership because this is the worst FAST FOOD restaurant ever.

Clearly a management issue! When you are displaying rudeness and be frazzled everytime I come in the afternoon it is a problem. Everything ordered was wrong and missing plus over priced. This franchise needs to take a good look at how their business is being run.

The employees working the drive thru are always so rude my wife pulled up to the window asked the lady how her days going and the lady just handed her the food and shut the window didn’t say anything except the total customer service classes needed.

Love this Wendy's. They always help me order the same amount of food for a cheaper price.
Was in the drive through ordering 4 kids frostys. Instead of letting me pay the $5+change for 4, they told me about Boo Books where I could get 5 free frostys and $2 kids meal for $1.

This is a great place to go if you want to waste an hour waiting to order and then get absolutely nothing you actually ordered. Took 30 minutes to order and then 40 minutes to get my messed up order. Also the staff is incredibly rude. Who is the gm?? Fire them asap
