We have eaten at Wendy’s locations across New York, California, Arizona, Colorado, Utah, Florida, Virginia, and Chicago. Every one of those visits provided a fresh bag of fries, a hot burger patty, and crispy chicken.

This location has been the opposite. We have spent over fifty dollars on each visit, and the food has let us down every time. The fries are lifeless. The burger patties are dry and dead. The chicken sandwich was the least painful item, but the nuggets were clearly sitting for a long time.

The drive thru is never busy, yet the food always comes out fast. I would rather wait for food that is fresh than get something cold and old in record time. There should be a balance between care and convenience. It feels like leadership is focused on speed, not on quality.

The food should be hot, salty, crispy, and cooked with care. The cheese on the burger should melt. The fries should have life. Sadly, the Sprite we ordered was the only redeeming part of the meal.

We will not be back. It is disappointing because this location has let us down more than once. In a time when fifty dollars should buy a good meal, this kind of quality breaks loyalty.

This place is horrible do not go here for food. I asked for a burger with no onions and they put onions on it the lettuce and tomato look like the sandwich had been sitting there under the heat lamp for hours and they will not answer the phone. This place is horrible how stupid do you have to be to fix a sandwich

I ordered lunch here with the mobile app. After placing my order, I showed up to find out my order didn't go through and I did not receive my food. I was in a rush and didn't have time to wait for them to prepare it, I have a receipt and have yet to receive a refund. Will not ever be going here or other Wendy's locations again.

I ordered the bacon double stack combo and there was no bacon on my burger. I have tried calling 3 days in a row with no answer. I will stop in next time I'm in Waxhaw. The food wasn't bad just not what I ordered. Answer the phones please, I can understand not reaching you for maybe a rush hour but several times a day for several days is ridiculous!

Wendy's is the best, in my opinion. Menu items fit every budget. Also, one of the few places seniors can afford a little lunch

Waited over 30 minutes for 3 cold meals tonight. I understand being short staffed but the people working in this store are incompetent, incapable and so out of touch with reality. They could not care less if they tried. How do we get this monstrosity out of Waxhaw?
