The food was as expected. The reason I am leaving a review is because of what my family and I just witnessed. There were no gloves being worn. One cashier coughed & sneezed into their hand. Picked their nose and played in their hair while at the register, handed customers their cups with the same hand, by the rim of the cup. He did not wash his hands and went directly to the fry station, picked up a sleeve for fries laid it back down, put his hands back into his hair and back on the line of food. There were no hair nets being worn and the manager on duties just had his hair in a loose pony tail. Not a single person there washed their hands one time in the span of 40 mins. As someone who has worked in this environment majority of my life, it was more than disappointing it was so gross.

E ordered almost 50.00 in food there through door dash. The bed and cheddar had hardly any cheddar at all and it was a double. Literally almost none. None of the sauces we requested were in the bag. Food was cold by the time we got it. Will not eat here again much less order delivery from here. They should read the order instructions more thoroughly.

I visited this store July 9 around 5:30 PM. Don’t fall for those yummy looking pictures of sandwiches that they have stuck up on the store windows. I ordered a French dip in the drive-through and when I unwrapped it, it’s as if someone rolled it up in the paper and squeezed it with their hand. It was distorted and crushed and had a pitiful amount of meat on it. The person working the drive-through put gobs and gobs and gobs of condiments in the bag. No wonder they’re charging so much because they have to pay for all the condiments that are wasted! I hope they’re not going the way of Wendy’s, whose quality control went down the toilet fast.

They left the window open and talked about how long itd been since they last cleaned the ice cream machine. These goobers made eye contact with me, scraped the residue from the sides, filled half a cup with it and orange flavoring, and legit tried to serve it to me. Food smelled like a new york dumpster. Dont do it.
Edit: worked there in high school. I know what the uncleaned part of that machine looks like. Are you out of your mind?

Has a baby in the back crying, very unsanitary general manager very rude. I do not like it, and I will not be back to the store. It sucks. They need to rehire the old general manager back at least she had class and was polite to her customers

Came in to pick up door dash while manager brandy was on duty and was promptly told that my order came last bc she was swamped,time is money and door dash is jus as important as drive thru I have a time limit to deliver my deliveries if I don't meet that time limit I get penalized so sick of restaurants doing this to me it should be jus as important as the rest of ur costumers.

I don’t often eat at fast-food restaurants, so my standards are sort of low, but this Arby’s rivals even Culver’s for helpfulness and kindness! So, I ordered the Beef n Cheddar with a side of medium-sized curly fries. It took a good bit to get the food, so the cashier actually gave a large-sized curly fries for my time! The food was amazing and very filling, and the bathrooms were also better than those at other fast-food places nearby; I will definitely stop here again in the future!
Side note: there was a situation at the mall adjacent to the place, but I don’t know what that is about…

I only get the double beef and au just dip,small curly fries and this time a MINT and chocolate shake ,fries weren't up to standards but edible none the less. Reason for 4 stars on service was bcuz on the app. It only had unsweetened tea listed but usually you get a cup and fill it yourself but when I got my order I asked for sweet tea instead and counter lady said whoever ordered did unsweetened but then went mumbling away and got me a sweet tea
