Ordered Bo’s chicken sandwich with zero requests to change from the menu description. I received no sauce or pickles on the sandwich just a small piece of chicken between bread. Attempted to call store to inform them without having to leave a negative review. Rang for 3 minutes then just an automated voice saying “goodbye” and was hung up on.

Give completely wrong order out call for refund and the punk employee says there gonna get a Manger and hangs up instead then refuse to answer th phones at all now. Just absolutely terrible service

Just waited almost an hour for curbside. When I went in and told them I had an order that was placed a while ago and hadn’t received anything, the cashier looked under the warmer and said “oh I guess I’m supposed to bring that out. Woops!” My food was cold. Do not come here.

To say I'm severely disappointed is an understatement. Stopped in with my husband (I've never been to a BoJangles before and have always wanted to try, but I've never seen one in Missouri where I'm from) so he stopped in for me to try it. First off, the girl at the register has the attitude of a wet mop. She did not smile, and frankly acted like she would rather be anywhere else but there. Did not have a customer service attitude in the slightest. We ordered our food and my husband went to the restroom while I tried to find a seat, but every table except 1 was filthy or the chairs to that table were. Finally found a bench seat table that seemed clean so I sat down. I went to the restroom while my husband was getting our food when it was ready, and the bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Upon returning to our table I was getting ready to eat, and my chicken was really dry like it had been made hours prior, biscuit was disgusting, Mac and cheese left a lot to be desired, honestly I didn't even finish my meal. And while sitting there in disappointment, we started looking around and noticed that the walls had dried sauces and other food on them, as well as the floors and tables. The benches have a space under the backboard which had food lined from one end to the other, and a straw on my side that wasn't visible if you were standing up. Food down every the line of every window. All in all, my first experience at a BoJangles was a horrible one. I will probably never eat at one again because of this experience. And i was so excited to finally get to try it. Some of these photos are just to show that we were the only two in there and nobody was trying to even clean up the messes. Don't go here.

I waited for 30 minutes in the drive thru to get my food. I got a medium and they only put 4 bo rounds in a medium size and I asked for more bo rounds in my medium and they put 2 in a small lol this place is a joke

Worst biscuits I've ever gotten. They totally looked like they were stepped on flat and broken up. The weaverville store is definitely going downhill. I will not be going back.
Inside has grown to be increasingly nasty. Bathrooms are gross. Tables are sticky. Updated to add: orders wrong consistently, then a hair in my biscuit. I'm done there

Didn't tell me there was a wait for chicken. Came around. They put four people to the side. Had me wait five minutes. Made me wait another fifteen in a waiting spot. Forgot i ordered at all. Delivered me two heat lamp chicken sandwiches. Happened 4:40 pm, march 16th. No receipt with it either.
