Sat in the drive through for nearly 30 minutes of my hour long break before deciding to leave and go to the McDonald’s next door. It didn’t even take 5 minutes for me to drive through the parking lot, go through the drive through, and get my meal there. Usually, the whole line at this Bojangles takes 10 minutes; I don’t mind. Half an hour is absurd.
I work in food service, I know what it’s like be slammed. They weren’t slammed. Parking lot had 4-5 cars in it and I watched 5 other cars before me leave the line. Either this store can’t get a hold of/can’t retain staff, or management/ownership has trained the staff they have terribly and are running the place to the ground. The food itself is fine. It’s not half-an-hour fine.
Go to literally any other fast food location in Weaverville. Your time won’t be wasted like it is here.

We stopped at this location to get lunch on our way back home from Kentucky, initially, the drive thru line was backed out into the street, so we decided to get gas first. We then went into the restaurant and ordered our food. There was one young lady with blue hair working the front counter, taking orders and packaging the food. It was chaotic as there were many items out or not yet made. We stepped to the counter to ask a question after ordering and she immediately snapped. We asked if the order on the counter was ours and she said NO, I’ll get to it when I get to it. It may have been a rough day for her, and that’s understandable, however, there is a right and wrong way to communicate with customers. Not only was the service not great, she did not wet cloves when packaging the food and she constantly pushed her hot back behind her ears. She did have on a hat, but no hair net. We were patient and respectful even though we did not get that same treatment in return. They made need som additional help on the weekends so the staff members are not so stressed out.

Just passed through and thought can’t go wrong with a BoJangles.. Cashier needs to pay attention, that or deliberately charged me twice on a 3 piece order..The only working employee was the young man on drive thru, also the only one with gloves. Not understanding why food wasn’t being dropped when it seems to be a high traffic area and staff in the back was just standing around!? Food shouldn’t have been cold to be waiting 30 minutes

So… service, doing the best they can. I’ve worked in the food industry for years, and they were slammed. The kind of shift where you just want it to end and crawl under a rock. Unfortunately, the atmosphere was a three due to the previous reviewer before mine. It was obvious they were struggling and she was making a scene. This area has been through a lot, some folks still have missing friends and relatives. Give grace… and time for folks to get back in their groove.
Sometimes we’re doing the best we can with what we’ve got.
Still don’t have my food 30 mins in, but they’re hustling. 🤷♀️

Placed an order at 11:05 still waiting and it is 11:40. I asked to speak to manager, just got ignored. Waiting to see my receipt, can’t ask for a refund bc they wouldn’t give my receipt.

Worst Bojangles I have ever been to. We waited 30 mins for our biscuit sandwich. Everyone that came in after us had got their food ate and left. I finally asked the counter person if we had been overlooked. He looked through a stack of order receipts and found ours at the end. He seemed to be fumbling a lot with receipts not knowing which ones were next up. Very unorganized. The biscuit looked like someone sat on them. We go to other Bojangles and know the biscuits are always large and fluffy. Not here!! Do yourself a favor and go to McDonalds next door.

Bigger lady with a mustache and brownish gray hair with glasses screamed at me for using the ice machine. Everybody in the whole entire Bojangles looked over, I have never experienced such a rude customer service in my whole entire life. She also refused to give me a side of icing which they give me every single time I come here and she forgot to put the pickles on the side for us and gave us an extremely horrible attitude. Unbelievable how I have come to this Bojangles my whole life, but will no longer be coming here after this service it hasn’t always been this bad around here. I asked another employee working for a side of icing and he gave it to me with no problem at all, and actually apologized for her attitude.
