Went drive through. We were having trouble with the AI ordering, so an employee took over and gave excellent customer service. The person at the window (Matt?) took extra time to make sure our order was completely accurate.

Wish I could give 0 stars. My grandmother, uncle, and aunt came in last night. My grandmother and uncle got their food, but my aunt waited over an hour for hers. When she went to check, the staff was very rude. She asked for her money back, and they refused. When her food finally came out—after an hour—the chicken was cold. No apology, no concern, nothing. Terrible service, and we will not be back.

I just went through the drive thru and waited for my order. I got home and while I had 8 pieces of chicken, 5 of those were wings!!! They stuck the box of chicken on top of the fries so they were squished. The container of mashed potatoes was only half filled. You would think after waiting the food would be fresh but apparently I was wrong!!! I will not return to the Weaverville location and if I could give no stars I would. The young lady at the drive thru window was pleasant.

I want to start this off saying that Bojangles is one of my favorite fast food chains. I have gone through the drive thru at this location a handful of times and had decent service. However, multiple times now that I’ve gone, I’ve stood at the counter waiting for someone to at least say “hey, I’ll be right with you” and ended up leaving after twenty or so minutes without ever even being greeted, let alone had my order taken.

I visited Bojangles in Weaverville at approximately 12 PM to purchase food for my kids Unfortunately, the order was incorrect, with the staff claiming I had placed the wrong order. Initially, I was informed of a 4-minute wait, which I acknowledged. However, after waiting around 20 minutes, my food never arrived. Upon entering the restaurant to speak with the manager regarding a refund, I was informed that their policy does not permit refunds. Furthermore, the employees' behavior, including laughing, exacerbated the situation. I still didn’t get my money back. I will report this. it’s not fair that I am not getting my money back I sent a message to the email and no response yet! I have never heard that about any business they cannot get your refund back. this is ridiculous.

the food was great but when I went to open my lodge and get ice their eas a dead fly in my cup will never eat there again and their sanitation was a 96 I didn't know a 96 sanitation allowed dead bugs in their ice.

Very nasty place I was standing in line after I ordered my food I'm watching the guy make my food back behind the counter he had a glove on one hand not the other he scratched his face and then Rich down the back of his pants then Rich back up and rolled up my burrito with the same hand that did not have a glove on it I asked for a refund they would not give me one before that I asked him politely what is the use of him wearing a glove if he's going to do something like that and they started yelling cussing and screaming at me
