This burger king has recently been remodeled and it's really nice, except I like padded seats.
The food was ok but the service was terrible the girl that took my order was obviously a trainee thats perfectly fine how else do you learn the job but maybe they should teach people the job first she upscaled my order so the price was too much and both me and my wife ended up with extra patties on our burgers our fries were cold and they had no sweet tea were in the south how does that happen ilshort story short if you want good burger king go to candler
We visited this Burger King for the first time, and at first, everything seemed great. I really liked that they had touchscreen kiosks for placing orders — it was convenient and modern. The interior was clean and the atmosphere pleasant. But unfortunately, one situation ruined the overall impression.
Our order took a very long time to be prepared, even though it was quite simple — just a burger, fries, and ice cream. We waited noticeably longer than expected.
What upset me the most was the Viking’s Chocolate Sundae (a new item for $2.49). In the menu image, it looked very appealing, with a decent portion size. But when it arrived, I was honestly shocked — the ice cream looked sloppy and the portion was about half of what was shown in the picture. The presentation was poor, as if someone had just thrown it together without care.
I politely approached the staff member at the pickup counter and explained that I wasn’t happy with how the dessert looked. I asked if it could be replaced or if something could be added to make up for what was missing. She looked at me with surprise and simply said, “That’s how it’s supposed to be.” I went back to my seat, but I couldn’t stop thinking about it — I paid almost $3 for this dessert, and there was barely even half of what I expected in the cup. Honestly, it’s not even worth a dollar. It made me feel disappointed and even a little hurt. I paid for a full item and didn’t get anything close to what was advertised.
I got up and asked again, this time requesting either a refund or a replacement. The staff member called the manager, but the manager also told me the same thing — “That’s how it’s supposed to be,” and refused to do anything about it.
The whole experience left a bad aftertaste — I felt ignored and unappreciated as a customer, even though I was polite and calm. I had really wanted to leave a great review of this restaurant, but this kind of treatment is unacceptable.
My order was wrong. Took it to the counter and was met with a rude manager. They “fixed” the sandwich but I got it back and it was still wrong. I didn’t bother with it the second time. Onion rings were soggy with grease and undercooked. Newly remodeled restaurant with the same hateful manager and staff. Not going back.
Newly reopened. Kinda inaccessible with limited curb cut to get in. I'm recheck next time. Stupid kiosk to order although there still a real person if needed. Switched to 2 lane drive up which I think slows it down vs speed up. But the food was great, the staff were friendly, and the place was very clean.
Welcome back. Missed you lots.
They didn't have it together after re opening.
So I waited until I visited 3 times until i made this review in hopes it would get better. Unfortunately it did not. The remodel was a joke. All 3 times I have been since its reopening have been disappointing. The wait is unreal (having worked in food service I couldnt figure out what could take that long with there being only 4 cars and not many people inside upon my last visit (in line a total of 37 minutes)). They messed up my order all 3 times. And the last time i went i ordered a frozen coke and it was given to me half melted already. Its a shame. Id rather have the old one back.
It's definitely burger King, they mess up occasionally but other than that nothing too out of the ordinary
Cold fries, flat Coke and tiny Whopper Jr. Had to wait in drive thru as only car. Horrible experience for a newly renovated joint. Never again!

Wonderful customer service
Over 1 hour in the drive thru. Corporate just waisted money on the remodel. Level the building and walk away. lol. Or new management and staff. Ouch.
Our first visit after the reopening and remodeling. Drive thru was incredibly slow so we parked and went in to order to go, there is kiosks to place your order. Waited about 30 minutes for our food, bunch of customers are inpatient and trying to get each other’s order, trying to go behind the counter. My double whopper was kinda like one of those frozen sandwiches you heat up in the microwave, pickles were like eating paper, fries were cooked in old oil. $26.58 was way to much for low quality food and service, our last visit.
What a cluster giggle! New building with rude skeleton crew at dinner rush! Not worth going back! Waited at least 30 minutes inside after ordering before getting our food. Sad used to be a good place to grab a bite.
