Easily the worst Mexican I have ever eaten. My order was wrong, first off. Secondly, the "chicken" in the grilled chicken nachos I ordered was bland shredded chicken. They also added carrots. Not sure if they were going for a chicken pot pie, but it was terrible.

The service was ok and the ambiance was bright and cheery but the food was marginal. And that was a surprise to us because we were first time visitors back a year ago April and everything was yummy. This visit was a big disappointment. I ordered the Pollo Fundido, the chicken was tough and grisly and tasteless. And as a suggestion instead of canned refried beans, serve the entree with a mixed black bean and rice side. We also had folks order the Quesadilla Mexicans and both tortillas were soggy holding less then fresh lettuce. And lastly the Burrito Especial, the ground beef was dry and could have used more seasoning- not just salt. The best thing that stayed consistent over was the margarita.

I had the tamale, with rice and beans. The tamale was horrible. Dry, hardly anything inside it. You can't beat the service though.

No wait to get in and be seated, The server was very friendly, the place was very clean. The drinks, and chips was brought to us fast. I didn't care to much for the food, but everyone else loved it. I guess it's just me & my taste preference. The price was good too.

The food was great and authentic. The service was great. I had Mojarra and my wife had shrimp and fish fajitas. They were fresh and delicious.

This was this restaurants last chance with my husband and I. This place used to be awesome when the older man was there but now it’s not good at all. Our waiter had no personality at all and we had to ask the guy behind the desk for chips/refills ect. Will not go back again.Parking: Lots of parking

I enjoyed eating at this restaurant. I ordered the vegetarian burrito and it was large and came with a side of cheese sauce. I was a bit surprised that the cheese didn’t come on it but that was no biggie. The chips were good as was the salsa and we also got a bean dip which was a pleasant surprise. The staff in the restaurant were very nice and gave great customer service. We enjoyed eating at this restaurantVegetarian options: This restaurant has specific vegetarian options which is great.Parking: Plenty of parking in strip mall parking lotKid-friendliness: Kid friendly. They have a kids menu and high chairs.

Twice I visited this restaurant during my stay at Weaverville, NC. The first visit the food was delicious, the waitress was very relunctant to serve me. Despite that I left her a generous tip and she was suprised. The second visit the food was not as delicious because the rice was not fresh and tasted bad. As for the server he was terrible and immature, he was so bad a younger waitress attempted to serve me because of the way he treated me. I usually imply empathy towards waiters and waitresses, but for the first time I did not tip for a service I received from another person. The reason for such service had alot to do with their leadership, because the both male host or managers who greated me at the door were very discrimitory and tried to dictate where I should be seated, which was at the rear area of the restaurant near the kitchen. I decided to visist a second time to ensure it was not imagination. I was treated very poorly and I did not deserve such treatment because I was very pleasant during my both visit. I believe this restaurant needs diversity training. To their defense, I have had similar experiences in all weaverville restaurant I've visited.
