food was pretty good we got Burgers and cheese curds and onion rings for our meal. The ice cream maker was on the fritz so we settled for soda. The Pepsi was spitting out almost pure syrup so that was off the list as well. overall a disappointment.

The service was great and might I say young men who took my order and made our blizzards did an excellent job and they were very polite. The chicken. I think the bearded man on the grill was coughing on food.

I was helped by several striking young men, who told me their names were kaleb, shawn, and Daniel. The food was incredible and the service is next level. Good job weaverville DQ!

After a dashingly handsome young man took my order another 2 striking lads made my wonderful blizzard’s (as seen in photo). Honestly it’s probably the best place I’ve ever been.

Worst restaurant in Weaverville. I'm truly shocked they are still open. The staff is very immature and unprofessional. We sat in the drive thru for almost 10 minutes on 12/23 30 minutes before closing. No one answered the drive thru. No other customers in the drive thru or in the restaurant. Pulled around and there were at least 4 employees laughing and giggling at the drive thru window. My husband went in and was told they didn't have the December special blizzard... This is the 4th time we have experienced a similar experience at this location. Our daughter loves the blizzards. We will never stop at this location again.

Literally just got a late lunch there, requested honey bbq strips, fries & a side. The strips were DROWNED in sauced, then, the fries were thrown on top of the tenders, and the side container was in the middle of the fries so everything is coated in sauce. I wish I could post pics on here!!!! Quality of this DQ gone downhillllll!!!!

Stood at the counter for over 10 minutes, could hear people talking and laughing in the kitchen. Asked if there was anybody there someone came out said “oh there is a lady in the lobby”, still another 10 minutes, ignored completely and walked out. This was at 1pm and they are open until 10pm. Pathetic.

Food is usually good but there are a bunch of teenagers that work there that don't care about being there and I have heard the. Cursing and running chasing each other in the kitchen and around the dinning room. Also they are usually out of certain things

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. I have been here many times and each time is a disappointment. Went here Nov 11, 2025 at 1053am, door was locked. Went through the C-store side, went in, and no one was at the order counter. Three young workers in back looking at phones. They did not know the front door was locked. I asked for the Veterans day offer from DQ. They did not know what I was talking about. No service. Would not give the Veteran's Day deal. Very poor store. In the past, I could not scan anything from the app.

Ordered our food, was handed that pretty quickly. But then sat at the window for ten minutes waiting on our ice cream. (Mind you we’re the only ones in the drive through at this time) We could hear them laughing & goofing around inside. They then hand us our ice cream & we proceeded to ask “can we get come napkins?” And he shuts the window in our face & goes back to laughing & throwing a pice of garbage around like a basketball. Very very rude & inconsiderate individuals
