I Waited 30 minutes for food and had to make them redo my order 3 times and they still didn’t get it right. How do you forget to put a bun on a cheese burger? Inappropriate behavior and poorly managed staff. My boyfriend’s burger was missing ingredients. And we gave up on trying to have them fix it. What a waste of about $20. I wish I could have gotten a refund however the environment made me feel very uncomfortable and the majority of the staff were extremely rude. In addition to all those issues I experienced I also was not able to find a single clean table, the counter was dirty, and the floor was extremely sticky all over.

Are the dipped cones really that complicated to make? They are always lop-sided, the chocolate is super thin and it doesn't even go to the cone so the ice cream is melting especially fast at the bottom. This place has always been the pits. If there way anywhere else to get a dipped cones i would go there instead.

For some reason they have a B health rating. They have mostly young people working and most young people are more concerned about playing on their phone than cleaning a restaurant.

I was in the drive through line today and there was this crazy lady screaming I don’t know what was happening but she was yelling at a employee while screaming at the top of her lungs the employee walked out the restaurant and said he was “trying to calm everything down” but it sounds like she went off me and a few other people drove off

I went there 30 minutes before they closed, speaker still broken even though I've been told by someone who knows the workers that it works and they ordered through there once because they were friends with one of the workers. I got 2 mini smore's blizzards and a mini confetti cake blizzard. We didn't wait a while, but when we got the ice cream, it was all melted and spilled all over me and my car. Mind you, sticky ice cream, NOT fun to get out of my car and cup holders. luckily I had a lot of napkins, but this experience is awful. Im angry because my car has ice cream all in it, I have sticky ice cream all over my hands and my legs. Everytime I go, there's barely any workers, the wait time is way too long just for ice cream, and the desserts melts as soon as you get it. The only thing good was the wait time. But other than that, I am very unhappy and annoyed with Weavervilles Dairy Queen.

Wish I would have read the reviews before I went over there and spent 30 minutes in the drive thru. Then get to the window and no one came to take my order. I could see the employees just standing in there talking to each other and ignoring the drive thru window.

Waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes and when it was finally my turn waited another 7 because they were just standing inside talking and hadn't even taken my order. Maybe you guys should fix the speaker so we're not sitting out here waiting for them to notice us. Mind you there was only one person in front of me and I still had to wait 30+ minutes

Your basic every day Dairy Queen. But the Blizzards was more like a milkshake.

So dirty. Need more workers, need to close the lobby to actually clean the store, but in turn they need new speakers for the drive thru. Don't go here :) wasted about 25 mins

If I could give zero stars I would. Foods good but terrible service. The speaker is broken so they are taking orders at the window but I kid you not 30 minutes of waiting and when I get to the window NO ONE comes up there. Waited 15 minutes and the workers were just standing inside doing nothing. Even honked twice and still nothing. Oh and to top it off they have a TIP JAR sitting at the window. Like seriously? Yall make $15+ an hour, can’t even bother to DO YOUR JOBS and want tips.

And no there was no signs saying they were closed, if there were customers inside there was enough workers for them to still take care of them AND stand there in front of the window doing nothing.

Super gross! The tables were dirty. The food was not fresh and the ice cream was just a sloppy mess! Run away from this location!
