Best brewery in Weaverville! Great atmosphere, friendly staff and the food is amazing. Plenty of room so you can bring your fur baby too! Highly recommended!!
My wife and I bring our dog to Eluvium several times every time we stay in Weaverville. The beer and service are always excellent. We have started getting food too, and every bite has been great. Wings, burgers, wraps and tots are always tasty. We will continue to visit every time we can.
Where everyone knows your name, and they're always glad you came!
Worth the visit great atmosphere
The service was very quick and the food was pretty good. I didn’t love the American Pale Ale, but the basic lager was very good.
I would say that this isn’t a good spot for people who are allergic to dogs or don’t like eating in the company of dogs. There were so many dogs both inside and outside— that’s not really something I love while eating, but some people obviously really enjoy that.
Our favorite brewery just outside of Asheville. Great atmosphere, friendly owners and staff and amazing beer.
Danielle and her husband have an amazing place!! Please come give them some love!
Wow delicious beer and food what more can you ask for!
Great alcohol, delicious food, and efficient and pleasant service. Dog friendly patio and interior. Good, kid-friendly atmosphere inside and out. Plenty of parking.
Awesome Place

Fantastic depth of flavor in their brews. The California common that’s on will knock your socks off. Solid ipas and porters. The prohibition porter was a great surprise. Didn’t have any food, but would try it. Definitely a chill dog friendly spot for really good beer.
Fun place, laid back, good selection
Stopped in here randomly while waiting to check into our rental. Great beer selection, friendly folks, dog friendly, outdoor seating, food on site (didn't eat but it looked good).
John the brewer gave us great recommendations for the area. Local artists has prints available and will even come over to sign them. This place was so cool and we hope to come back soon.
First time here! Good beer selection.
Unfortunately the food at this brewery is terrible. We didn't order beer so perhaps just go for drinks. My husband and I ordered the smash burgers with tater tots and they had mac-n- cheese bites as a special. We have never had a more overcooked and processed meal. As my husband said those are just "Bubba burgers".This was after my husband had the audacity to interrupt the bar tender to place our order. We were going to eat there, but we received warm cans of soda and we're told we can't have a glass of ice, because " they don't have ice".Go to twisted laurel instead.
