Ordered online and picked up. Typically good however they are slacking in amount of meat in the preparation of the subs. See below pic $17.99 for a large combo hook and ladder and this puny amount of meat. Ridiculous!!!

Waited alone, all by myself no employee, in the store to order for a few minutes it wasn't quite 5 min but damn sure felt like it since I was hangry. I'm not sure if I was over thinking things but it was weird to me. Both employees were hanging out in the back outside. I get it, I'm in food service industry, they were super slow and everyone needs a break but for both closing employees to be outside takin a break at the same time is a bad idea. Subs were ok but idk if I'll be back

I regretfully have to leave a 1-star review for FireHouse Subs in Weaverville, a place my family and I used to love frequenting. However, our recent experience at this establishment has left us extremely disappointed and unable to recommend it any longer.A couple of months ago, I had a negative experience at FireHouse Subs and decided to address my concerns with the management. To their credit, the franchisee reached out to me and offered to address the issues we faced. They even promised to cover the cost of our next meal, in an attempt to make amends. With this in mind, I visited the restaurant today to take advantage of the franchisee's offer and give them another chance. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a disastrous decision. What should have been a 20-minute wait for our order ended up stretching to a frustratingly long 50 minutes. As if that wasn't bad enough, I witnessed other customers walking out in frustration, instructing the staff to forget about their orders and not even bothering to request a refund. When we finally received our order and brought it home, we were dismayed to find that the food quality was just as subpar as the one the franchisee had promised to remake. It was clear that no effort had been made to address the issues we had previously encountered. This experience has left a bitter taste in our mouths, both literally and metaphorically. The prolonged wait, combined with the lackluster food quality, has shattered our confidence in FireHouse Subs in Weaverville. It's truly disheartening to witness such a decline in an establishment we once enjoyed.Regrettably, I cannot recommend this location any longer. The inconsistent service, prolonged wait times, and disappointing food quality have led me to believe that the previous positive experiences were simply a thing of the past. It is my hope that the management and franchisee take immediate action to address these issues and restore the reputation of FireHouse Subs in Weaverville.

Food was great and the restaurant was clean with a nice atmosphere. Service seemed understaffed with responsibilities for both online and in store orders. I was set back 20 minutes when I was only expecting 10 minutes wait at most.Edit: Moved from 4 to 2 stars because they used an obvious bot to reply to my review.

If this were a real fire station, your house would burn down. I have been here twice and it took a long time both times. It reminds me of another sub place that is freaky fast, but the opposite.I will go back, but maybe order ahead...

Shame they took the triple stack off the menu was thier best sandwich, have no reason to go there anymore. Otherwise I'd give 5 stars. Was nice while it lasted.
