Hardee's should revoke this franchise. The AI drive thru screwed up my order.. The "large" order of fries was in a large container that was only half full and grossly overcooked. No receipt given.

Gross and inedible! I was so disappointed. Wanted to try the new maple biscuit, but I obviously got the leftovers from yesterday. That was the dryest and nastiest sausage and biscuit I've ever gotten from here. Unfortunately couldn't go back had to be at work. Please someone do some quality control!!

Got our order wrong. Door’s are always locked, so weird.

The girl at the drive through was very nice, nothing bad to say about her.
However, my order was made incorrectly, and when I went back, they remade my order, but wrong again. Also the meat was not fresh, cold and dry, the fries were also old.
They seriously need some management. Much to be worked on.

Drive thru we didn’t want to go in and we pulled directly from the drive thru to the parking lot and everything including our burgers and fries were cold! Water of $20!

The burger patty was limp and grey, yuck. It was wrapped all kinds of crazy, and barely over room temp. The tomato was bad, like it had been frozen previously, there was so much onion and almost no lettuce. I paid almost 9 dollars for that depressing, wet, squished burger. The milkshake was mostly milk and almost no shake. It also took longer than the food, which feels suspect. Bummer. The fries were fine.

hours on the door say 6. some of us have to be at work by 7 and we need the loaded omelet biscuit to make it trough the day so this 7am open time is democratic.

Parking lot has trash all over. No outside trash cans, inside trash cans full. Went to the counter to order and it was dirty with dried liquid. We waited for Kayla to finish gossiping to the pink haired man manager about the ambulance outside and got details about the men outside that fell.
Trying to order it was interruption as she kept peering outside. While waiting for our food I really had second thoughts looking at the disgusting kitchen. Biscuits piled up uncovered from breakfast, long hair hanging all over as they prep the food, no gloves and using bare hands, flour or something white all over the floor, trash and food on the floor, there was food under the fryer that looked old. The lobby was dirty.
My sister didn’t want the tiny cup of coleslaw for $2.19. Literally about 2 tablespoons. I return to the store and make eye contact with the dark haired shoulder length gal whom was working the back and another guy. I wait and wait as they chat and then she says,” DO YOU WANT SOMETHING”?
WHOA! Excuse me? I said that IS NOT very customer service like! I asked for my money back and thanked her. She said,”I’m sorry I said it that way”. Apology acknowledged.
I want for the owner to know their store is not being taken care of, at least on this day and these times. Pull your video if you want. There was enough staff, enough time after breakfast to clean! They had time to come outside and smoke cigarettes too!
Employees want $$$ yet don’t even take pride in their workplace, then complain it’s not enough $$.
The Health Department would have had a hay day here.
