Location is cute and trivia was nice but maybe you shouldn’t use homophobic slurs, even if you were just repeating what a comedian said.

We have become regulars at Paul’s Hoppy Trees…Great local “Cheers Bar” atmosphere in this Hallmark Card Small NC Mountain town, ten minutes from Asheville without the hoards of visitors…Do yourselves a favor and visit Hoppy Trees and Weaverville for a refreshing change…PS…Paul serves the Best local Craft Beers AND Liquor Drinks…And..the teachings of Bob Ross as an extra!

We love Hoppy Trees and have been regular patrons since they opened. It is by far one of favorite places to stop in and have a drink. The atmosphere is relaxed and cozy and the owner Paul is always welcoming. There is a wide array of drink options from liquor, beer, wine to non-alcoholic items for adults and kids. Snacks are available or you are welcome to bring in outside food. Love art? This is an art bar inspired by Bob Ross and the decor does not disappoint. Local artists are readily displayed throughout the space. There is even a great private room in the back for private gatherings or events. If you are a local or just visiting, I recommend stopping in and staying a while!!

Hoppy Trees in Weaverville is a great place to go! I enjoy going there with my family for several reasons. The staff is first and foremost super friendly and welcoming. They make an effort to get to know you and make you feel like family! There is also a great beer selection that are carefully chosen depending on the season. The cocktail options are also excellent. They have some games as well, which is especially great if you have young kiddos to keep them happy. To summarize, I feel this place is special in the sense that is has great atmosphere, customer service and it really feels like a friendly place to go. If you haven't gone yet, I 100% recommend you go here!

Ciao tutti! I live in Italy and I must say that this cute little bar has hit the spot! The spritz and Negroni were just like we have in Italia ??! The staff was super great as well. My family and I will be back for another round!

Such a nice cozy spot in downtown Weaverville! Always a nice vibe. Perfect for an after work hang or laid back afternoon visit.
