Our family doesn’t often have the opportunity to go out to eat together since we all live in different areas. When we decided to dine out with our special needs sister, we were pleasantly surprised by how quick and accommodating the staff was to her unique needs. The service was prompt, the food was delicious, and most importantly, they took the time to be patient, compassionate, and truly understanding of her sensory needs. It made the experience enjoyable and stress-free for our entire family, and we are very grateful. I was honestly surprised how accommodating they are to every customer and my little sister already wants to go back.

KFC has removed from their menu 2 of the items that were the reason I went there. Namely the chicken livers and the baked beans. I will keep checking the menu to see if or when these return. Until then it's bojangles.

I haven't set foot in a KFC in many , many years. We decided to the other day. The service was exceptional. I ordered wings. Guy behind the counter informed me they were cooked to order.7.5 minutes. No problem. My partner got chicken pot pie. Because mine were going to be a bit to cook he gave us some potato wedges and chicken nuggets to occupy us. No charge. Informed us when my order was 2 minutes out and then brought to us when it was ready. He followed by checking in us halfway thru our meal. I have had much worse service in sit down fancy restaurants. Wish I had asked his name. Great experience and hot food, tasty too.

After receiving my order that was cold and hard I went back the next day and quietly informed the manager He took such great care of me and apologized through and through Made everything nice and fresh What a doll Went right the following day Thanks Brian 💋💋💋💋

They were putting pepper in the coleslaw that messed it up,I went there today and that had changed it was alright not sweet like it used to be.i go in and asked the women up front if the chicken fingers are they original she said yes unless you order crispy and the chicken will be cooked longer,I said ok because I want original.they call my number and the chicken strips was hard and lumpy I couldn’t eat it,I said it doesn’t look Origen and it was so over cooked and dried out,I spent 14 dollars of my money I could have spent some were ele,she gets the manager and she said this girl got crispy she wants original,he said there is only one kind and that’s original.being rude I sit down and cried and tried to eat the chicken anyway knowing I didn’t have much money and was hungry and I chose this place and they never offered to change my food,I just gave it to god,I was so upset a women came up to me and told me whatever was on my mind she would pray for me and told come to her church.

Sooo I wasn’t going to write a review but I’ve been going to kfc for a good time now and I have a question... It’s not supposed to be 5 star food but I LOVED the chicken pot pies. Just a quick recap is the chicken inside the pie supposed to be breaded ? It’s soggy mushy overall nasty and I always remember it being pulled chicken. I’m mad and confused

Love kfc but the food is inconsistent. I'm not sure if it's due to not enough customers and the food sits, but I swing by 3 or 4 times a week for lunch or dinner on the way home and it's hit or miss if you are going to get food that's good or has been sitting for a long time. Noticed usually it's like older food has been thrown back in the fryer and heated up to serve. It sucks because when it's fresh it's actually great. the staff is amazing I just don't think they can control what to throw away or make new batches of likely some corporate policies
