Ok so they kept my card and pulled me up and I got a notification I was charged 40.00 for another car behind me this is not ok. I'm beyond pissed off. Theyvare supposed to give a refund but hasn't been on my card yet. watch out when paying with a card.

Clueless management,I ordered a pickup order . When I got back I had no utensils and some huge white substance on my chicken . Call the clueless manager amber and asked for a refund she said I would have to go through the kfc app. There isn’t an option .tried calling again and they picked up hung up . Avoid this place like the plague .

This once thriving KFC store has a closed indoor buffet. But the food and service is as good as ever. The counter person was knowledable, friendly, and helpful to each patron. The food was right and hot. We were impressed by the KFC in Weaverville.
Dining room never open....worst store ever.., giving KFC a really bad reputation....used to go there on a regular basis...no more....

Second day I have tried to eat here. Yesterday sign on door said dining close at 6. It was after 6. So today I came over at 5, no sign, door locked. I am I'm a charter bus, no way I can do the drive through.
