Great terrace for you and your pets. Cool atmosphere inside to see the steel fermentation tanks , mash tub and kettle fully exposed for homebrew environment.

I got the Crusher Run helles lager. Excellent beer highly recommend visiting them.

Best impromptu stop on my Asheville Trip. Leveller was a short drive up the road from Asheville and well worth the trip. Ample parking in a public lot right next door. They had a variety of traditional styles that are done extremely well. Extra props for serving beer on cask! The cask porter was excellent. Also bonus points for being one of the few breweries we stopped at that had AC running on a hot July day.

I love the space, the staff, the entire concept, and the soul of the place. I’m such a picky beer drinker and want to go back to sip a few more and find a gem. The beers were good but I want to find a great one there because honestly it’s such a wholesome establishment. I am betting the fall-inspired beers are on point. And there seems to be a delish sandwich shop or truck nearby. I’ll definitely go back! ??

Leveller has become our favorite brewery in the area! Absolutely amazing selection of beers, many of which are lagers and/or Czech inspired. Haven't had a bad beer here yet! They also have wine and a few other drinks, plus a selection of snacks. Kid and pet friendly and they have local events/music often. Chill patio and cute inside (check out the art for sale, too!!) Friendly staff and owners. Can't recommend enough!

This brewery was an absolute pleasure to visit! The beer was incredible (especially the farmhouse IPA on tap) and so was the atmosphere :) They have indoor and outdoor seating and they’re dog and kid-friendly! They had great snack options too including fresh bread, cheese, and darë vegan cheese in the fridge which was delicious!

My rating may be higher if I can ever get in the door! The hours posted on Google often differ from the website. Went with the website and arrived to find that they were closed. Tried again a few weeks later and arrived on a different day, but again, on a day that was previously posted as a day that they were open. To my dismay, they were closed yet again. My fault is that I didn't check the website again. Didn't think I had to. Hours of operation should be consistent from week to week if you want to have a successful business. Get it together Leveler!!!

I absolutely love this place! They have great beer options that are changing depending on the season. They have some delicious farmhouse ales and usually a lager option. It's a wonderful place to grab a beer with a friend and sit outside on a sunny day.

This is a great small brewery. I only focus on the beers, so let me tell you they are good! Nuff said!

Great taproom small and cozy recommended by a local. Smaller on the interior but covered patio. Walking distance to Zebulon brewing and other great options in Weaverville. Staff and owners are welcoming and you are supporting a budding scene of great brews owner by great people. Cheers!!
