I don’t know what’s going on with this location but the last two times we have ordered from here our pizzas have been wrong. Definitely check your order before you leave because it most likely won’t be correct.

Great food customer service is okay. It's not excellent, it's not bad.I really don't know what to say about the atmosphere. Because there's no dine in, so you don't really have an atmosphere. It's just like Little Caesars running in grab it and leave. They do have a lot more choices than most pizza places.. some pretty good deals if you have the app downloaded And with the app you get a rewards program ?Vegetarian options: They have every vegetable that can be put on a pizza so your options are pretty goodParking: It's in a complex with three or four other businesses so there's plenty of parking day or nightKid-friendliness: They are very friendly to kids when I take them in with me.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes

After 3 hours no delivery received and I was charged twice. Numerous phone calls. Worst customer service they even hung up on me. I will never forget or order from them again. Order was over 100.00

They turn the ovens off at 940p. So technically they close at 940p, not 10p. Maybe you should stop accepting orders before then. Just so you know.

I always check my food when I recieve it and right after it was delivered I checked as usual and there is a piece missing out my cinnamon pull apart as if someone took it out and ate it that works there. I called the store to inform them about this situation and the lady had first asked “was it one of those little knot parts” as if she already knew about it. She put me on hold for a little while and then came back and said it had gotten stuck to the parchment paper, I have worked at a papajohns before for over a year and have never heard of or seen this issue happen before. Therefore I am now contacting customer support and leaving this review as the team member at this location had no regards or respect for my concerns that someone had taken and ate a piece of my food that I ordered.

Papa Johns Pizza in Weaverville has the worst customer service! First of all the online app does not allow you to see how long it will take to get your pizza, which is a corporate thing. So we ordered and 120 minutes was our wait time for mediocre pizza. We called the store and the manager said he marked our order out for delivery and delivered when it hadn’t been delivered. Then he hung up on us. Went to the store and the manager said he didn’t have time for us. Next time we ordered he would personally cancel our order. He said he was the only one there with a new kid. Sorry but not my problem. If you can’t keep people then you shouldn’t be taking orders. He refused to give his name and his managers name. He made it seem like we were there to bully him and have his manager take his job. No moron! My kids wanted their dinner and I wanted them to eat it before 8:15 pm. The pizza finally came at 150 minutes after the order was placed. ABSOLUTELY NOT ACCEPTABLE!!! IF YOU CANT KEEP EMPLOYEES THEN YOU NEED TO REGULATE YOUR ORDERS!!!This was supposed to be a reward for my kid who worked very hard, but that was ruined. Also, one person is now sick - symptoms started about 1.5 hours after consuming the food. It must have been the lack of hand washing before returning to prepare food from dealing with non-food items (money).

The Sunday staff a Papa John’s Weaverville have great customer service down pat!! John, the nice guy that waited on me, was so kind to help me find the latest deals available at their store! The pizza and pizza bowl turned out AWESOME!! Thank you John!!! Or should I say Papa John!!

Ordered pizza at 8:33. It's almost 10pm and it still hasn't arrived. When I called there was only a apology. No offer for a free pizza or a refund. This places customer service sucks and they are always super slow. Last time I ever order from papa johns.

I ordered half pepperoni and half the works. The pizza only had 3 pieces that had more than pepperoni on it. I talked to the manager and he was very rude. I called the main office and they said that they would call me back within 48 hrs. That was 2 weeks ago and I still haven't received a call. I will not be using Papa John's anymore.

Never on time. Specify a pick up time an hour in advance. Come in, tell me it’s going to be 5 mins, 20 mins later they tell me they haven’t even put it in the oven.

Been here a few times. They are never on time. Ordered a pizza an hour in advance this time. Show up at time of pick up they say it's going to be 5 mins. 20 mins later they inform me they are just now putting my pizza in oven.

Friday 9:20pm (they close at 10pm) and yet they were only doing delivery when I was there for carry out. Horrible service, so ridiculous!!
