Absolutely incredible service. I came in on Christmas Eve in a stressful situation my regular pharmacy didn’t have my prescription and was very difficult to reach. The team at Prescription Pad in Weaverville went above and beyond to help me. They personally contacted my pharmacy, got the prescription transferred, and filled it for me the same day.
They were kind, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me when they absolutely didn’t have to. You can tell these are real people who actually care about their customers, not just another chain pharmacy rushing people through.
I will forever be grateful for their help and kindness, and I highly, highly, highly recommend this place to anyone. Truly wonderful people and an amazing pharmacy.

Best pharmacy around. Excellent service, friendly staff, clean and organized store with a awesome lunch, ice-cream counter. We switched all of our prescriptions to them.
The Prescription Pad drugstore in our little town is professional, efficient, friendly, and extremely helpful. They are always cheerful and pleasant and treat every customer with patience and empathy. Highly recommended.
