This place never disappoints me from the time you walk in till the end they have amazing service, food, and atmosphere. I’d try their ruby roll but if you don’t like sushi their noodle dishes are bomb! Great saki too! Always love coming home and visiting here with friends:)

WOW!!! What a pleasant surprise. The noodle soup was made with the correct Asian. Mushrooms. The ambiance is great. Our server was amazing and she went above normal service and made sure that we were happy with all dishes. They even have fresh ginger tea with Gogie berries. We live two hours away and we will gladly make the trip again, just to come back here to Soba Sushi and noodles.

The Sushi & Sashimi party platter for 2 was superb! We celebrated a belated Valentine's Day with a wonder meal, a Sapporo, and Green Tea ice cream. Worth every penny. Highly recommended!

Great spot for Japanese Food while in Western NC. I eat sushi all over the US and this place is great. Always fresh,well prepared, and very tasty.The staff could not be any friendlier. They are probably the friendliest Japanese restaurant I have ever been to. Highly suggest.
A jewel in the rough. Very good sushi in Weaverville. Weaverville has a nice Main street but not much else so finding such an excellent eatery there is a find. Ask for Zim as your server (yes, really, Zim).

The restaurant was very busy. In and out quickly if you are time constraint, but service felt somewhat pushy due to lunch rush. I found the food average. The serving are very generous, I had more leftovers than I ate still deciding if that was good or bad.
