Depends when you go here. I always order a #3 (double cheeseburger with, bacon, lettuce, tomato, mayo, ketchup, and add jalapeños) I’ve ordered this many times and it’s been great . The last two visits have been different. A few weeks ago, I was given a #3 as ordered, with a single jalapeño. Thats, fine we all have our nights. I wish I had more jalapeño but beggars can’t be choosers. The second time (tonight) I was given a double cheeseburger burger, no bacon, completely plain add jalapeños with nothing else on it no tomato, lettuce, bacon, mayo or ketchup. Completely plain. Service was great and friendly as always. I just want to get what Ive paid for… consistently…

Food was horrible. Sit in drive thru forever- finally got food and chicken tenders were burnt on outside- inside was RAW! Tater tots were dripping in grease. Food had to be thrown in trash.

My husband and I went to Sonic's today to have lunch it was not a very good experience we stood up to the counter for over 15 minutes before somebody finally come to take our order as we were dining in the employee that was operating the cash register could have at least come out acknowledged we were there and let us know it would be a while before they were able to take our order but that didn't happen then we waited a good 20 or 25 minutes to get our food when it arrived the hamburgers were cold the cheese was not melted on the burgers and the onion rings were burnt to a crisp this used to be quite a nice Sonics to eat at I don't know what happened but I doubt we will be going back there anytime soon
I ordered a bacon and egg sandwich with no cheese at the drive thru. They confirmed no cheese. At the window I was given a sandwich with cheese. While still at the window I pointed out the error and they said they would correct it for me. They came back with two fresh sandwiches with even more cheese. I never actually got what I ordered as I ran out of time waiting for the correction.

For some reason, items were removed from the register, and it was hard ordering. I repeated my order over 5 times to over 5 different workers who apologized and explained. The food was hot and fresh.

I had submitted a complaint for an incorrect order.The owner responded and asked for info. I gave info, receipts and pictures.Thankfully Sonic themselves handled the issue because the owner never responded back.Seems like a very professional attitude to me.

I have been to this location three times. Each time, a non English speaking person has taken my order. Each time the order was wrong and I could not get the person to understand. I would like to suggest if you plan to take orders in English, you get an employee who understands English. Nothing against non English speaking people. It's just when I order and pay, I'd like to have what I requested.
