The worker was very sweet and nice. Just the food was not at all what me and my partner were thinking we’d have. Barley can’t chicken I had asked for tomatoes and it should have came with the sauce. I ordered the footlong hot honey chicken, and got nothing like it. I’d check the footlong before leaving.
This is usually a Nice place to grab a quick bout to eat something not. As greasy as everything around it is but the staff is under trained or Lazy one. And was quite rude
Ordered a #22 and they only put the chicken and sauce on it. It’s supposed to come with peppers, onions, jalapeños, etc. I called to try to get it fixed, well I tried at least, I called for 3 minutes with no answer. Teach the high schoolers how to do better at customer service it’ll only help them in the long run lol. When you order a sandwich off the menu make it the way it describes. Pretty simple. (By the way my sister picked up the food so I didn’t see them make it or I would have said something).
My husband and I ate here over the weekend and it was amazing! Food, atmosphere, and service was all amazing! There were 2 employee's that need to be bragged about especially because of how great they were. Fiona and Owen, they were helpful, funny, and just such delights!
The absolute worst service and experience at the Weaverville, NC store. The 2 kids working the store arguing and cussing each other, because one bumped into the other one. Both just kept on cussing and threatening to fight each other with a line of customers and children in the line to order. I ask for the manager and one said there wasn't one today. A business should not be able to run and operate like this. The franchise owner or Subway corporate needs to get their store under control and fire both these employees immediately.
I went here for my band trip (3/27/25) and it was amazing! The ladies working were very nice 😊

With as expensive as Subway is you’d think they’d not skimp out on ingredients. My husband only had two meatballs on his foot long.

Keep your eye on the employees. It is common practice for them to skimp on not only ingredients but the time in the toaster as well. If all SubWay locations are going this direction the chain won’t be in operation much longer. This location does not offer the “dine in” baskets either, so be prepared for that as well.

The counter for food preparation was littered with food particles and dirty knife. The attendant had long hair that hung over the food prep. She also put on gloves but then did several chores without changing gloves. She proceeded to mash down tuna salad with her fingers. I had to tell her three times what I wanted. The tea was sour tasting. I took my food home and threw it in the trash. Will not go back there. Worst Subway I have ever been in.
