Gross, the lettuce was old and the tomatoes aren’t fresh. You can tell they are using old product. Service was slow because the manager was dealing with an elderly customer with a question instead of ringing up my order so I can pay. Just stay home and make your own sandwiches. $11.00 for some tuna on an under baked white loaf of bread with lettuce, tomato, onions and pickles only. It was subpar to say the most. The sandwich maker did a fine job but the ingredients were old and lettuce was browning. Dining room was disgusting

Placed an online order and it took almost an hour for it to be ready! The employee was nice but very slow. There was other people in line and she had no urge to take their order. It shouldn’t have taken an hour for two subs, my order still ended up being wrong. People in line were starting to get inpatient. I’ve never had an experience like this at this location.

If I could give a negative star, I would! I placed an order online for a philly cheese steak as I walked into the store. When I got inside there was a female worker talking to a man at the end of the counter. She didn't acknowledge me until 6 minutes later when she finished her conversation. At that moment I realized that she had already toasted my sandwhich before I had walked in. She put mayonnaise on it and handed to me I opened it in my car the sandwhich was cold, old- I went back in and asked the lady to remake the sandwhich( as noone wants a cold philly cheesesteak) , she refused, she refused to give me my money back, she also refused to give me her name and kept telling me to leave her store. I will NEVER BE BACK TO THIS STORE! I can't get an answer at the store where she says her boss is-

Shelby did an amazing job make our order with several special requests and having several other orders coming in. I was most empress with how she handled an elderly gentleman who was hard of hearing and not sure what to order. She never got frustrated with him and did her best to really understand what he wanted to eat.I’ve been in the restaurant business for over 25 years and she is a keeper!Thanks for the great experience!!

This Subway is never consistent with its hours. Always closing before their posted closing time. Which if you're understaffed I get. But post something about that as well. And the people making the sandwiches never clean the blade before closing and cutting the food so it's always coated with stuff I never wanted on it
There portions are very small Don't waste your money or time,now if you were a humme birdie it would be great. I went one up the street and got some real food

0 out of 5 never open when it says it is and service is lack luster when it is. Says it's open till 930 on the sign and the door and here we are per usual and not even open at 830.
Do not waste your time or money at this, the worst Subway in existence. Ordered online, and absolutely nothing was correct. Called to complain and Shelby Ann was unapologetic, rude and unhelpful. I will never order from this Subway again, and I recommend you don't either.
What’s the point of having “open” hours if the worker shuts down everything early and has an attitude when you come in? I only wanted a drink while I shopped and couldn’t get one since she shut down the machine early and the worker looked more annoyed that her ignoring me for her cell phone hadn’t worked.

Hey, if you want a sub sandwich and you don't want to wait for gourmet, Subway does the job. My daughter and granddaughters love it when we're shopping at Wal-Mart, but when we're not, I make sure they're exposed to the many better eateries in Weaverville.
Really good fast people
Staff is nice and got my order correct, but it’s still subway and not the best one around.
The staff is nice, food is great, very convenient. Nice remodel, very clean and modern!
