Went through the drive-thru and they messed up my whole order. I paid 20$ for food and received only like 10$ worth of food. The luxe box was messed up they forgot the tacos that my fiancè ordered. Just a bad experience to be honest.

You can order “vegan” “fresco style” (which means with tomato and no dairy) and “no dairy” say all that and they will still smother your food in dairy. Apparently they don’t care and if you’re lactose intolerant you will be sick. If you’re unable to eat meat or dairy for dietary or lifestyle reasons better to go to another Taco Bell or to some place where people listen (aka not fast food in the south)

I asked for two soft tacos with just meat and cheese and they loaded it down with lettuce and onions. That is very unacceptable in my opinion because I am very allergic to lettuce and onions. and when I asked if it was just me and cheese, I was ignored.
