It’s 8:30 1/24/2006 and at 7:00 I went there to get some food and there closed…and there has not even been one snowflake and they’re already turning customers away telling them they’ve got to close because it’s calling for snow and here it is 830 and still not one snowflake has failed.lol so pathetic..I’ll go out of my way to never use this restaurant again. lol what kinda of people do you have working there

The people who work here are great! Sometimes there will be a line so dont stop if youre in a huge hurry, but the food is always good and the employees are always so friendly and personable. They also seem to have a nice commraderie between them!

The food is good. The service is ok. The temperature in the dining area is uncomfortably and terribly cold. It feels like the heat isn’t on. Today isn’t the exception. It’s always uncomfortably cold in the dining area.

They had the lobby closed for a training exercise. Replace two mobile orders and was going to do one order in the drive-thru. They could only do two orders at a time and wanted us to drive back around after already waiting 15 minutes and wait in line again to place the third order. Come on guys get your shit together. When people are on their lunch break they don't have time to drive around the drive-thru and wait for 30 minutes for food I will never return back to this Taco Bell absolutely disgusting

Online orders are not priority by any means. Be prepared to wait 20-30 minutes after the time your food is supposed to be prepared by. Plenty of other people, who arrive after you, that order in person or in the drive thru, will get there food before you do. This has happened multiple time so I won't be looking to go back anytime soon.

This place is awful. They don’t talk to you. They got my order wrong and when I went back to get my correct order they got it wrong again. I get its fast food but can you at least get the burrito I ordered.

What is going on at Taco Bell?!?!? Why couldn't I place my order with an actual person? Just screen to order from. There are NO menu's up where you can look at what you may want to order. This place is for teenagers only it seems! I actually had to drive through the drive through, get our order and then take our food into the dining area. It's apparent that Taco Bell does not care about the older generation ..40 plus years old.This is ridiculous! And you'd think with nobody to take the order at the front, and so many people running around and talking so much in the back, my food would be super hot and fresh! Not! My Chalupa was so tough that I couldn't eat it! Leave this place to the teenagers!

Went through the drive-thru and they messed up my whole order. I paid 20$ for food and received only like 10$ worth of food. The luxe box was messed up they forgot the tacos that my fiancè ordered. Just a bad experience to be honest.

You can order “vegan” “fresco style” (which means with tomato and no dairy) and “no dairy” say all that and they will still smother your food in dairy. Apparently they don’t care and if you’re lactose intolerant you will be sick. If you’re unable to eat meat or dairy for dietary or lifestyle reasons better to go to another Taco Bell or to some place where people listen (aka not fast food in the south)
