I am so glad to see I am not the only person that had a bad experience with Terri. I asked for syrup 5 times over a 20 minute period. Then I finally flagged her down and asked if I could get some syrup and a warm waffle to put it on. She said I asked you several times if you needed anything. I said yes you did. and I asked for syrup every time, you just never brought it. She still didn't bring me syrup, another customer brought me some. She also didn't make a new waffle. Then she caused a scene because we did not tip her. Management should really be reading these reviews.

Terri was insanely rude, openly talked out loud to our table of 7 saying snide and rude remarks towards us and should not be working customer service.

'Twas just this morrow when myself and my companions visited ourselves upon this most accommodating example of dining establishment. We were, upon arrival, of anticipatory spirit and cheery disposition. Of all places to break fast on a chilly autumn morn, why not a place most partial to the weary and forlorn? For wanderers wayward and souls searching for a way to dine not alone but in the company of strays? We settled down, two groups of three, but four was all allowed by those fiberglass seats. So we settled to a split, two and four across the scene, waving from our tables, across tiled floor between. Then as absence makes the heart grow fond, apart we seemed not be for long! A table aft our companions two, left vacant, it's past tenant's through! Our hearts did leap when our servers said, we may just yet sit there instead!

Servers were great, Terri wouldn't allow our party of 6 to sit together, then proceeded to talk bad about our group with other customers/coworkers after we asked and were denied to sit in two empty tables that were beside eachother.
Our server was very quick and friendly, but Terri was very rude to customers and ruined the experience for many people including her coworkers. They could use a better team member.

we tried to switch tables and were told there were “sections” at waffle house, never had an issue with waffle house, some lady named terri started talking crap about us to another table, which is unacceptable, never eating here again.

Its Waffle House. You can depend on the food. Its always good. Our server was attentive and we didn't have to wait for anything. The only drawbacknisnit was very cold in there. For a quick breakfast though it was very good.
