The new manager and her new staff are all extremely rude and unprofessional. She's always asking regulars to come work for them because they need help at the bakery, and where's the young girls that were all just working there? They were probably the best crew you had there since before last year. Well-Bred is gonna crumble because they can't keep a working crew that's good for the company for more than a month. I hope the OWNER figures this stuff out before it goes any further down hill! I really loved going here but the energy has been very negative as of recently so I would rather go somewhere with better energy all around.
Bought a $50 egift card that wasn't received.
I got the awful potato salad drenched in pickle juice. One bite and I threw it out. Probably the worst ever. Also got the soggy crumb cake. Five dollars for both very cheap but very bad

A week in weaverville NC and the food truck kept us supplied with breakfast. Can't say enough about service and quality of the food. Thanks for a great experience.
This is the spot. Absolutely delicious coffee and cookies. Can't wait to try everything else when we head back that way. And the proprietor (lovely woman with great hair ; ) was a delight. Cheers!

I'd like to say this is the worst place to eat because the food and service is the terrible. But it would be a total lie and only serving to keep the line short so that I can get to my delicious wrap, sandwich, pastry, or coffee much quicker. This is a gem of a food truck and the folks that work there are simply the best. As a whole, they have become an important part of our Reems Creek community.

Food truck: egg & cheese croissant to go. "Croissant" was flat as a pancake and burnt. "Egg" was the kind poured from a carton. It was so bad I could not eat it. Stopped and threw it away.

Food is great, service is always great, but dear god why did they ‘beige mom’ all the decor and remove any ounce of personality? It’s a total eyesore and is no longer enjoyable to eat inside this

Delicious food!! I had the chorizo burrito, was very quick
We were visiting the area for my 50th birthday and my sister surprised me with a pastry tray and chocolate crème cake. All the pastries and the cake were out of this world delicious!!!
Love having a food truck on Reems Creek Rd, across from the Karpen Soccer Field. Wish that they had room in the truck for better coffee options. They are super fast and efficient. Sometimes I find their grilled sandwiches a little greasy on the outside. But they are super tasty. They are really 4 1/2 stars in my book..... close to being 5 stars.... I wish there was a way to get the sandwiches customized, because if there was it would definitely be 5 stars from me.
Received an amazing lunch out of their food truck! My 13yo son and I are in Asheville for outdoor adventures and culinary delights. Well-Bred Bakery did not disappoint. We split a Caprese Ciabatta sandwich which was dreamy. Toasted with melted cheese, fresh tomatoes and pesto with the perfect amount of garlic! When it comes to food, I’m all about texture, and the pesto on the bread results in a crisp crust, doughy goodness and perfect melty middle, it was the best! We had the sesame noodles as our side, and again, the cold salad was so refreshing. Perfect amount of ginger and peanut sauce with slight crunch of the sesame seeds. Delicious! Finished it with a petite eclair that was amazing! Loved it!
