Food truck: egg & cheese croissant to go. "Croissant" was flat as a pancake and burnt. "Egg" was the kind poured from a carton. It was so bad I could not eat it. Stopped and threw it away.

Such a precious baked goods shop and cafe in the town of weaverville. Their speciality lattes are delicious, along with their lengthy list of pastries, breakfast sandwiches, quiches, etc. Both indoor and outdoor seating are available, and it's dog friendly outside. A perfect spot for working on your computer or reading a book.

I don't live in the area but ordered a birthday cake for my daughter who does live there. Sara, was great to work with answering all my questions and confirming delivering instructions. They delivered it and it was absolutely wonderful! The cake looked delicious and my daughter was so surprised. Thank you for helping me make her birthday special!!!

I've been going to well bred and Weaverville since 2006. Excellent food, coffee and tea drinks. their quiches and their kale salad are the best thing going!

Food is great, service is always great, but dear god why did they ‘beige mom’ all the decor and remove any ounce of personality? It’s a total eyesore and is no longer enjoyable to eat inside this

they run a tipping scam; they have a secret 1st tip customer does not about. then they prompt you twice more to tip. if you tip in response to those 2 prompts you tip them 3x and the tip amount is a function of the secret tip! The something for nothing attitude is rife throughout Asheville restaurant, bars, pubs, coffee shops etc

We stumble with this place and it was great! We ordered the chicken salad croissants it was delicious and fresh! My daughter went ahead and ordered the carrot cake which was huge enough for three people to share on it! I would visit again for sure and try the other selection of bakery goods they have!

Just love their croissant egg sandwich with sharp cheddar and bacon....and their muffins are amazing!! Almost lost a star or two for their coffee. They used to have wonderful coffee but lately it is so weak it almost looks like tea!! The brands are the same but where's the coffee?? Very sad

I have been going to Well Bred for about three years now. The food is good, the desserts are mostly wonderful; all in all, I give the food about four stars. My three stars are about the service. I often order online, and there have been several times where the website is not working correctly, which I have mentioned to the staff. Both times, the staff have shrugged their shoulders and said basically, they don't manage their site. There are never any apologies, and both times, the staff have looked irritated that I even mentioned snafus with their website. Another time, I was picking up an order that was 15 minutes late, on their end. I stood at the end of the counter and waited for someone to acknowledge me, and that simply didn't happen. I could see if they were busy, but there were 4 people in the restaurant, no line, and the manager was busy cleaning the windows. If you do go there and eat, just go there for the food, but the service is, at best, mediocre.

We were visiting the area for my 50th birthday and my sister surprised me with a pastry tray and chocolate crème cake. All the pastries and the cake were out of this world delicious!!!

Love having a food truck on Reems Creek Rd, across from the Karpen Soccer Field. Wish that they had room in the truck for better coffee options. They are super fast and efficient. Sometimes I find their grilled sandwiches a little greasy on the outside. But they are super tasty. They are really 4 1/2 stars in my book..... close to being 5 stars.... I wish there was a way to get the sandwiches customized, because if there was it would definitely be 5 stars from me.
