It has been a while since I bought a Frosty from Wendy's from the looks of things I won't bother again. This is hardly a swollow. I almost laughed when the lady at the drive-through handed this to me. Don't expect much from Wendy's.

BURNED HAMBURGER ALERT!!!
Every time I visit this location, they burn my hamburger to the point that it's cremated. Why can't you train your workers to cook properly?

Ordered the Salty Caramel frosty. IT WAS AWFUL. It was runny nothing like the frosty and tasted like pure butterscotch flavoring. Will never order it again and would not recommend it.

When you are there getting food at 7:30 and feel like you are being rushed out so managers can lock doors early. 8:00 pm on a Friday night and you are turning away lobby guests….. doesn’t seem very profitable. One of the managers on duty grabbing food bare handed to serve to guests, asked for a container of pickles, she grabbed them out bare handed, asked for the bacon to go on our Bacon double stacks, also grabbed bare handed. When did gloves become optional?

Eat at your own risk because as they are changing trash and making food with no gloves not once did a hand wash sink get looked at let alone used. I understand adding extra flavor but I will pass on trash a la mode.

This establishment is disgusting! Flies are everywhere!! I noticed in one particular location only after sitting down with my food. I immediately thew out my food and went someplace else too eat.

Hands down best burger we've ever had from a Wendy's. It was the Crabby patty, but it was fresh, hot, juicy, and delicious!

Staff was super kind as well!

I’ve been here multiple times over the last couple months and every time they get my order wrong. The first two times I didn’t learn and didn’t see it until I got home. The last time I caught it and had to wait for them to recook the food (after already waiting 30 minutes just to order) because they apparently gave it away to the car in front of me. The dude took the bag back (that I had ate fries out of before realizing) and I’m fairly certain intended to serve to whoever it belonged to. 0/10 stars. Do not recommend. Probably the worst Wendy’s I’ve been to.

This is absolutely the worst Wendy's I've ever been to! They couldn't get my order straight. I had to wait at the drive though windows for an extraordinary amount of time. Two drive-thru servers were extremely rude. The one actually serving my food unwrap my burger with her bare hands and me telling her not to touch my food! She was practically screaming at me, crumpled up my receipt, threw it in the trash then retrieved it! She said they didn’t have water and couldn't serve lettuce, but they're open serving the public without the ability to wash their hands! I will report them to the health department. I'm afraid to eat my sandwich. What a waste of my time and money! I've never experienced this at other Wendy's. There was also way to too many employees at one time in one area. I will not return. The servers at the drive-thru, except the older lady, should be counseled! I was at the Weaverville Wendy's at 2:44 pm, October 8.

Oh my goodness! When I did look at the burger that "Jane/Gabrielle" said lettuce couldn't be added to because they had no water to rinse it with actually had a nasty piece of wilted dirty lettuce on it! Yes, I threw it away!

People are always rude (except one really nice dark hair lady, she deserves a raise for working with all the others), fries looks dumped in the bag, cookie did not come in a bag was just thrown in there, basically threw the drinks at me

It was a little after 10pm when I went to the drive through..I had to wait for the employees to go inside as they were outside hanging out looked to me like...Then they finally went inside after I had to blow my horn to let them know I was there...The service was quick ,but. That only padded their failure for the poor quality of the food ...it was all cold even down to the nasty tasting carbonated water that was supposed to be sprite.Terrible quality of food... I would have went back for a refund but it was late and I was tired...I hope that this was only a one time occurrence and not a regular thing....
