Met with an eye roll when we walked in the door, was greeted with only the comment of “card only” got another eye roll when we said okay. Never asked us if it was “here or to go”, we had to eat out of a paper bag, napkins were out, several drinks were out, sweet tea was out, floor and drink counters were nasty and sticky etc etc… restaurant was nasty at 4:00 in the afternoon, food was subpar, workers were arguing. Two different sets of people just walked out without ordering. The staff at the Weaverville NC store have zero customer service skills. The dining room is closed more than it’s open on any given day. It’s that way every single time we go in there. I’d give a zero but you can’t. Corporate should really send secret shoppers there. The reviews alone should trigger that. They don’t realize paying customers is how their paycheck is generated. They don’t have to worry about me contributing to their paycheck anymore!

They can’t get a single order right. One piece of bacon on a bacon burger, wrong nuggets, tried to charge me for sauce for said nuggets. Weaverville Wendy’s is the worst. Mars Hill would be a much better location!!

Not worth the time, employees clearly don't care about customers. They are very slow and the quality of food is poor. I sat in line while the employee that was to take my order was in the parking lot on the phone

Just wanted to add a drink to my order once I hit to the window to pay
I was told that I’d have to get back in the drive thru because they’re getting to busy
In awe I just stared at her a minute trying to process what I just heard
Then it said I just work here
I slowly handed her my debit card
Some employee yelled to her coworker to just ignore her!
Did not get a receipt
Potatoe was cold and hard
You will NEVER have to worry about me ever coming back
And yes corporate is my next stop
You don’t do that

Every time I come here the staff is always exceptionally sweet and nice and they go above and beyond to make sure I get everything that I need I've always had a great experience at this Wendy's.

We're there at just after 9 pm order two drinks two classic triples n ten piece nuggets and a 6 piece nuggets n a large frosty the drinks are the only part correct no problems the triples are under cooked n sloppy can't hold it to eat it the nuggets are mostly over cooked it's rediculious were the only people in drive-thru and no one in the store so they wasn't packed n no way the food should have been this bad the meat is pink. I finally come back here since it's near my work n tried to get dinner got here 11:28 pm n waited and waited by 11:38 pm no one has even bothered to say anything like please wait or take my order I curiously pull up to the window n it's open n I can hear people talking someone finally comes n hangs out of the window n doesn't even say anything while someone else is at the speaker to order I got totally ignored it's totally bull if you're open pay attention to people in the friggin drive thru

I placed an order for myself on DoorDash for pick up on the way home. I was by myself with my kids in the car so I went through the drive through to pick up my order, a lot of fast food restaurants are okay with that. The gentleman that spoke with me said that was okay, I pulled forward and when I reached the window the manager was asking him about my order to which I heard him reply to her that it was a DoorDash order. She loudly exclaimed that “they’re supposed to come inside”, and gave me a sour look, and ignored me. I was asked to pull up, but I went ahead and parked, left my kids in the car, and went inside to the counter and received my order which was ready and could’ve been given to me at the drive through, or nicely explained to me that they prefer not to do that. The attitude wasn’t necessary and a bit off-putting. Anyways, if you order on DoorDash for yourself, or are Dashing, they require you to come inside to receive your order.

The dinning room is NEVER open on weekend mornings. Teri is ALL WAYS rude and yells if she has to remake a sandwich. I will go to Merriman Wendy's and by pass this one.

It has been a while since I bought a Frosty from Wendy's from the looks of things I won't bother again. This is hardly a swollow. I almost laughed when the lady at the drive-through handed this to me. Don't expect much from Wendy's.
