I bought my daughter a kids meal and this was such a rip off! Literally 2 chicken strips, a handful of fries and tiny drink for 8 dollars! That's it for Zaxbys.

Cool place and staff are great but they are regularly out of things and tables are wobbly or drink machine is broken

Everytime I asked for extra seasoning on the fries they don't season them at all. Today I ordered a chocolate milkshake, but they gave me birthday cake flavor. The fries were really cold and had no seasoning even after asking for extra seasoning. The salad had barely any chicken and what it did have looked like it was just the skin of a chicken tender. All the food I ordered tastes like its been sitting out for hours especially the fries. I use to love eating here but after today I'm not sure ill be spending my money here again. They also only gave us 1 napkins for everything. This was an online order.

In the past Zaxbys used to be really good. One of the best fast food places in Weaverville. This past year it has taken a drastic turn. We did a mobile order today and I normally check the bags, but tonight I didn't. They forgot one of kid's meals. We got home when I realized and I called the store, wanting a refund. The manager would not let me get a word in. He wanted us to come back to the store so he could give us the kids meal, but I advised him that we were not getting our toddlers back out. He didn't ask me for my name or anything. He told me to come back next time and he would give me one for free and hung up. He was very rude. I'm not going to even attempt that. On top of all of this, we sat to eat and they forgot our toast and the wings were not fresh, very dried out. This whole experience was really disappointing and I honestly do not know if we will go back. For a 55.00 meal, you would expect better.

I gave them one more chance, and regret it... I'm done with them. To those who are not done, I advise you to ALWAYS check the bag. That has been the most consistent complaint out of all the times that I have had food from there. Today, it was the lack of salad dressings for two salads, and whatever was causing the kicking chicken sandwich to taste unappetizing. Thankfully we had some (Not first choice) dressing at home.

Fast easy delicious

I’ve never had an issue with this location until today. My family placed an online order and these are the tenders I got. They were completely small and hard as a rock. I understand sometimes the pieces can come small but this does not seem right to serve to a customer. There were other things wrong with our order, we asked for extra fries and toast instead of an egg roll with our salad and we did not get either.

Great food

Today was the 2nd time I tried this location and it was worse today. Both times the wings were cold. This time the order was incorrect.

I have been a Zaxby's fan for a very long time and there aren't any local to me in my state, so when I work in an area that has one, I try to get my fix and have always had great service and a great experience until now ... this location hasn't measured up.

Their dining area is apparently closed after a certain time, but there aren't any signs indicating when it closes. Not a fan of the Weaverville, NC Zaxby's at all.

Ordered and ate as soon as I got home (about 5 minute drive). Got a salad that tastes like poison. Parts of it taste completely inedible and bitter. Either vegetables were rotten or something gross ended up in my salad. Never coming back.

Classic Chicken Sandwiches chicken breast was thinish and an interesting breading on it. Zaxby sauce was great, along with their crinkled, seasoned French fries. The takeout window was fast and efficient.
