Very good food and atmosphere

It's always a very clean environment with good food. I usually get the Cobb salad. The only issues are 1) the drive thru line can get pretty backed up, but it's worth it and 2) the chicken breading can sometimes be a bit off.. perhaps it was prefried and sat for a bit. Not sure what causes this, but it's only occasionally.

I have been to this Zaxbys several times hoping it would get better but sadly it has gotten worse. 3 out of 5 times I have complained about the wrong orders when I get all the way home and open them. This last visit was indeed my last visit to the Zaxbys in Weaverville. I Ordered 2 wings and things traditional... one nuclear and one tongue torch..I got they were nuclear boneless wings in both and NEITHER WAS TRADITIONAL. The salad I ordered was old and the tomatoes tasted spoiled...no bacon and the cucumbers were so old they couldn't be eaten at all. Very little cheese with brown lettuce. 1/2 of a boiled egg and they called it a COBB salad. This meal was nearly $40. When I called to complain to the manager he was extremely rude and cut me off and eventually hung up on me. By far the WORST place to eat in Weaverville and most differently the worst customer service.NEVER AGAIN!!!
