I’ve been coming here for years and my mom and aunt used to manage here and the morning crew is the best fast food service I’ve had but the night shift everytime I come in here is not the best. I either hear the f bomb get dropped or my food gets thrown onto the counter and my bo rounds got slung onto the counter and floor. Definitely recommend this place for in the morning but the night shift I don’t recommend at all

Probably a good idea to add the sauces to a supreme combo that you ordered. I get it close to closing time but you’re still open, make the order right or find a new job. Also, combos come with drinks, drinks come with straws.

This location foods were just got hot out of the cooking oils. The Staff greeted you with concern about what you wanted to order and presented knowledge about the menu. Tone means everything and they were not making me feel that they were rushing me. I went thru the drive thru. I did go inside to use the restroom and they were clean as well as the dining area.Parking: Plenty of parking that includes Handicap parking.Kid-friendliness: Kid menus appear to be healthy with side items.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible is on both sides of the restaurant coming from the parking lot, if I recall correctly. I drove thru the drive-thru.

They never will get you order right and you'll get cold food everytime on top of that!
This place is in dire need of assistance. There were around 6 customers in the restaurant. 75% of the tables were dirty. The food was old, and the fries were drenched in their seasoning salt. The carpet was dirty, and they need new ceiling tiles. This place needs a serious makeover. Their help is just as bad. In the lobby being loud on their cellphones, the cashier was slow and never smiled one time. That's our last visit here!

Went to this Bojangles. First, second, third time I ordered. All in the same day. I got a really big meal. The first, second, third time I ordered the same thing. Very meal had burnt chicken. Each and every time I kept going back. Still burnt chicken. Everyone that works here needs to all be fired. You see someone doing something. You supposed to speak out. The Caucasian woman manager was rude. They hire anyone at these fast food restaurants.

This is easily the best Bojangles I’ve been to. I went through the drive through a little before 9 with my boyfriend, and just got me some food. It got out insanely fast to the point I hadn’t put my wallet out before it was handed to me! After being impressed with their speed and kind greeting (I believe the cashier’s name was Max if I heard right), I tasted my tenders and just HAD to give a bite to my boyfriend, who then went right back through the drive through to get his own. We were both beyond impressed and would recommend this Bojangles to anyone!! We live 20 mins away and would still willingly make the drive here to get the quality of food we experienced.
