Ordered from here several times over the last year and a half. The last 4 orders have been wrong or incomplete. The last one sent the wrong pizza in size and topping and when I called, the woman who was the manager was incredibly rude and short. She did give a store credit before pushing me off the phone. Waited a few weeks and hesitantly called again. Very polite manager this time, placed the order, and the order shows up looking completely wrong…again. Called and assured that it was right, they just don’t all know how to cut an extra large pizza and the seasoning was forgotten. Again, very nice employee but extremely frustrating that every time we order now there’s something wrong with the order, especially for the price of things. Guess we will have to find a new place now, best of luck.

We were very disappointed on the pizza no tomato sauce or cheese On-The-Pizza. Wings and bits were very good. If I had not asked I would not have gotten my full order. We ate one piece of pizza each and threw the rest in the garbage. Horrible when this has been my favorite place for many years. I recommend Domino’s in Welcome. At least it is a pizza. Hire a real cook or close. I asked for a menu and was told they had none. I would recommend drive somewhere else if you want decent food

Super pizza, I got an upgrade to extra cheese and pepperoni.One pizza was thick crust and the other was thin, both were very good and tasty!I picked up these pizzas so I didn't give 5 stars for atmosphere because I was in the waiting area, no big deal it was still clean.

•••Update••• We never got our pizza. So, when we ordered online, the order never went through, but our card was charged anyway. Then, when we ordered by phone, we never got the delivery. We called an hour and a half later and just cancelled. I wish I could give them 0 stars. After waiting an hour for delivery we called and the employees only offered us an attitude and excuses. I know it’s a new store in the area. They won’t last long with this level of service.

First and last time ordering from this location. The lady called me from my driveway, told me my pizza was here, then waited for me to come to her car and get it. She had a handicapped placard on her rear view so I wouldve left it at that but then the pizza was barely cooked. This place is a no go

Papa John’s used to be my favorite commercial chain for its quality ingredients and delicious pizza. But they have absolutely gone down hill. All cheap ingredients and pure lack of quality or care at all. Pizza is the easiest entrée to make a great profit from. And I payed a premium price for nothing but cheap cheese and meats that are so packed full of fillers and by products that I ended up getting sick and having an allergic reaction. What a shame! Used to be such a great pizza chain. I’m unfortunately done with this one. Will not be giving them anymore of my money.

I was late to the door when the driver came. I didn't hear him knocking. Then I heard my dog barking and went up to the door and the driver was walking Back to the car. So as a person with high anxiety I always wait for them to leave like and then grab my food off the porch. This guy waits in my driveway and then comes back up to the porch and knocks and immediately walks off. This is really weird because I requested contactless delivery as I do every other time. Nonetheless I grab my pizza think "that was weird" in my head, and then continue on with my day. Just to be texted very disrespectfully on my personal phone number a few minutes later as I'm trying to enjoy my food. I work in the service industry and I work very hard every day to treat every client and individual with the utmost respect. Even if they do the exact opposite to me. So this upset me and i hope whoever this is gets some professionalism.
