This place needs new management. They try to enforce an “ice policy” and scam you of portions of your drink. We are not paying $4 of ice for a $7 drink, fill it up to the top. Other Dunkin’s like Waxhaw will make your drink properly and normally. Contacted Dunkin Support and they said they’re looking into this location. In the mean time, stay away from here.

Came in to get iced coffee and something to eat. Placed my order on the kiosk and the lady behind the counter said they will get it for you shortly. I waited and waited to the point where a couple came in after me and ordered with an employee and got their stuff and left.
Even then, no employee questioned Why I was still there. When I finally spoke up and asked if I could get my order the dark headed guy got an attitude snapped at me and said what did I order. Very condescending I told him what I ordered apparently, my sticker for my drink was still on the machine, waiting for someone to make it. He made my drink barking orders at the older lady who is standing behind the counter. Then the other gentlemen came from behind and asked that somebody finally get your order. The dark headed guy was laughing And being sarcastic saying something about he Hopes, I have a happy holiday. I can’t tell you that they treat that lady unfairly by barking orders at her and treating her as she is incompetent. She was trying to help and it was unfair the way they were treating her. To me, this is creating a hostile work environment. I managed seven businesses, and I would be appalled if any of this would’ve happened in any of my locations, especially in front Of customers. FYI, I can also tell you that the two gentlemen are upset about having Extra hours in the evening and having three people on and having to inform the lady that she would have to stay saying that it came from upper management Catching an attitude with her the whole time I hope he’s not your manager.

Donuts always taste stale. Employees are not friendly or helpful and do not know about the products. After asking how many ounces were in a small hot chocolate, the employee told me he didn’t know and that I needed to go online to check for that information and then told me I needed to decide between hot or iced coffee (which I didn’t want). They were more interested in socializing with each other.

Very disappointing experience. The staff were rude, the food was served extremely late, and there was no apology at any point. They even forgot one of the sandwiches, and when we asked, they acted as if it wasn’t their mistake. They eventually made it, but still didn’t apologize. I couldn’t pick 0 stars for service

This location is terrible! I ordered a loaded hashbrown and they gave me a cup of cold cheese and huge slices of burnt bacon. And they didnt give me the sandwich i ordered had to go in and get the correct one. The fact this has happened twice now, there’s no excuse.

I’ve never been somewhere, where they complain all the time. My drink wasn’t mixed at all. I only come here in the afternoons now because my coffee will taste awful if I don’t.

So slow, took the car ahead of us 10 minutes to get one drink. Went inside another day and they were only helping drive through and it took 20 minutes to get donuts, no drinks

Every time my family goes here the coffee and the service is so deeply inconsistent. Constantly when we ask for a latte, they give us just regular coffee that tastes like lukewarm bean water. We always have to triple check if they understand the order and then also check the bag. This wouldn’t matter if we weren’t paying extra for milk. Then we will ask for dark roast and they don’t have that. The ratio of milk to coffee is always off. And they should stop selling espresso drinks if they consistently are so confused by them. Maybe the turnover is high which is a management issue because how are none of them trained? I’m aware this is Dunkin. I don’t mean to sound like a coffee snob but I’m from Boston and I know what a regular coffee should taste like. 2.87 for terrible regular coffee is ridiculous.

Went through the drive thru this morning and ordered a coffee and a pastry. I get half way down 20 only to realize that they gave me someone else's order. A pita wrap with eggs. I dont eat eggs! So I call them and tell them to refund me my money since I ordered on the app. They said I had to come back to the store. Yeah right! Why would I come back and be late to work when YOU gave me the wrong order!! So at the end of the day today on my route home. I stopped by to get my refund and they tell me they dont know how to do a refund on the app so I have to come back tomorrow morning when the manager is here. I WILL NOT EVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN!! KRISPY KREME IT IS! The Dunkin on Memorial would never!!! Their customer service is 10x better. Go to that location instead!

Quality control issue. Coffee ground at the bottom of my iced coffee. $5 coffee down the drain.

I’ve never written a bad review before but this one is completely justified. My sister and I went for an afternoon sweet tea and some donuts. The man at the window handed us our drinks before the donuts so I took a sip. The tea tasted like it had gone bad. It had a very potent alcholy-sparkling taste to it. In addition, it had chunks floating in it and bubbles up the sides of the cup. My sisters tasted just fine. I handed it back to my sister, who was in the drivers seat, to show the man. He came back with the donuts and saw her with the tea and, with an attitude, said “what’s wrong with it?!” I informed him of the odd taste and chunks and he said “well I can’t take it back”. I asked him to remake it and he stormed off and handed me back an unsweetened tea. I was over this completely unacceptable treatment so we just drove off. He also just kept hanging our drinks out the window and waited for us to notice instead of saying “excuse me” or “here are those drinks”. The woman who took our order was super sweet, but this man, with beard and glasses, was very very rude. I work in a coffee shop and know it doesn’t take much to be nice to customers, even if you’re having a rough day.

Horrible service. Clerk failed to make coffee as ordered and failed to return to window once I tried to get her attention to correct the order. Note to the manager/owner- please employ people who truly want to work here and do a good job. The young lady working was not occupied with other customers and simply chose to ignore me.

Skip this location as they have horrible customer service.

I never write reviews but this location sucks. every time I go I get the same exact order and every time my drink is made completely different. I’m lucky if I get the donuts I even asked for if I order any. Went inside one time and the place looks like it’s never been swept, bathrooms were gross and no toilet paper. I’ll just drive the extra 20 minutes to another location

I'm used to Dunkin' being somewhat hit or miss but even when it's on the worse side the stuff is usually edible. I don't know what it is about this location but the food was awful. Both items I got had this really disgusting, almost chemical/soapy aftertaste. I could not bring myself to finish either of them so I feel like I wasted my money.
