This was the worst experience. 8 people working and no one would serve the counter inside oor speak to anyone. I am actually not sure they could speak They stood staring at people and several customers just left and one ask for his money back. Watch the cameras from 8am-8:30am 11-17-24. I finally had to call out the girl to get a cup of coffee. Terrible

Thank you for not putting my three donuts in the box, but just throwing them into the bag like garbage! Appreciate it!!

Why have I been waiting in line for 20 minutes and there are only 2 cars ahead of me? 23 minutes later, got my order and my donuts are stale, they messed my coffee order up and I’m annoyed cause I already left .

used to be a great dunkin in 2021-2022. The good staff quit and now they’re full of people who don’t know what they’re doing. They don’t close their app anymore when they’re out of stuff so I’m always ordering things that they don’t even have and then half the time they don’t even offer to compensate in anyway or fix it. If your menu is out of things, you should just close down your app or at least tell the person when you get there that you will give them a refund. Today, for example, they gave me a bacon egg and cheese sandwich with no cheese without telling me they didn’t have cheese when It was ordered. I drove back to tell them they forgot the cheese to which they said “oh yeah we’re out of cheese. I don’t know if they told you”. no ma’am, nobody told me that, and you just wasted my money and time. I really hate to be a Karen, but it’s literally every day.

Came in to the local Dunkin today, which isn't uncommon. Usually go drive thru, but was in a rush and placed a mobile order. The staff marked all orders completed 20 min into waiting, and have been waiting a subsequent 10 minutes.

Customer service is the worst the two ladies working the counter this morning are soooooo rude. Not once did they say hello and welcome instead they were talking about the customers just staining at them because we have no clue what is going on with our orders. Then when 3 not rude kids ask for 3 cups of water they stand there and say I am being told to get water. You work in customer service, my be if you provided customer service and did talk about the customers they would not have to stair and you would not feel like someone is burning a hole in your neck as you said. Dunkin do better

Walked over here after my son and I finished our haircuts. Out of the two display cases of donuts there was only one with I’d say 3 different types of donuts. The rest was empty and I figured they were closing or something. The young lady asked if she could take my order and I said yes then she walked off???? Anyways I asked if the HVAC was broken and she said yes as it felt approximately 85 deg in there. She said it has been broken for 3 months….

A very odd interaction and experience. Not sure what else to say but it was really weird. Stay away from that dump.

The outside seating area provides a great place to spend some quality time with your loved ones! Not to mention the wonderful donut spred! I can't wait to go back

I want to start this review out by saying that I'm not one to leave a review for poor service, but I was blown away today. This morning started off with a simple trip to Dunkin' with my boyfriend. As we arrived, a young lady dropped her entire dozen of donuts in the parking lot while trying to get into her car. Witnessing this, my boyfriend immediately suggested we replace her lost donuts, but I, perhaps naively, assumed Dunkin' Donuts would surely replace them with no problem. Little did I know, I was WRONG.Upon entering the store, we were met with no greeting at all - which is typically no big deal for us. The worker behind the counter directed us to the kiosk to place our order. Despite this initial setback, we proceeded with our order, only to notice the distraught young lady sitting at a table, tears streaming down her face.Approaching her, we learned that the manager had callously refused to replace her lost donuts, despite the evident distress she was experiencing. My boyfriend, and I (displaying far more compassion and decency than the establishment itself) offered to purchase her a new dozen. We asked her if she was getting these for a special occasion, and that's when she revealed that she had intended to share these donuts at a brunch where she planned to announce her pregnancy to her friends. After ensuring the young lady's safety by accompanying her to her car with the replacement donuts, I personally returned to confront the store's staff about their shocking lack of empathy. I said, "That was awful that y'all wouldn't replace her donuts.. she's sitting here pregnant and hysterical. She obviously didn't drop them on purpose." The staff just looked at me like a deer in the headlights before the manager shrugged and simply said "I can't replace them." There was no apology or even a morsel of remorse. Their refusal to make amends for their failure to provide basic customer service was both astonishing and deeply disappointing. The refusal to replace a young pregnant woman's dropped donuts, coupled with the apathetic response from the staff, reflects poorly on the corporate values of Dunkin' Donuts. It's no wonder this location has a mere three stars on Google reviews. Do better.
