I’ve never written a bad review before but this one is completely justified. My sister and I went for an afternoon sweet tea and some donuts. The man at the window handed us our drinks before the donuts so I took a sip. The tea tasted like it had gone bad. It had a very potent alcholy-sparkling taste to it. In addition, it had chunks floating in it and bubbles up the sides of the cup. My sisters tasted just fine. I handed it back to my sister, who was in the drivers seat, to show the man. He came back with the donuts and saw her with the tea and, with an attitude, said “what’s wrong with it?!” I informed him of the odd taste and chunks and he said “well I can’t take it back”. I asked him to remake it and he stormed off and handed me back an unsweetened tea. I was over this completely unacceptable treatment so we just drove off. He also just kept hanging our drinks out the window and waited for us to notice instead of saying “excuse me” or “here are those drinks”. The woman who took our order was super sweet, but this man, with beard and glasses, was very very rude. I work in a coffee shop and know it doesn’t take much to be nice to customers, even if you’re having a rough day.

Horrible service. Clerk failed to make coffee as ordered and failed to return to window once I tried to get her attention to correct the order. Note to the manager/owner- please employ people who truly want to work here and do a good job. The young lady working was not occupied with other customers and simply chose to ignore me.
Skip this location as they have horrible customer service.

I never write reviews but this location sucks. every time I go I get the same exact order and every time my drink is made completely different. I’m lucky if I get the donuts I even asked for if I order any. Went inside one time and the place looks like it’s never been swept, bathrooms were gross and no toilet paper. I’ll just drive the extra 20 minutes to another location

I'm used to Dunkin' being somewhat hit or miss but even when it's on the worse side the stuff is usually edible. I don't know what it is about this location but the food was awful. Both items I got had this really disgusting, almost chemical/soapy aftertaste. I could not bring myself to finish either of them so I feel like I wasted my money.

I’m beyond frustrated with Dunkin’ Donuts. I have a dairy allergy and made it very clear NO cheese on my sandwich. Somehow, they STILL manage to mess it up multiple times. Today, they put cheese on it again — forcing me to waste my morning, drive back, and be late for work just to fix their mistake.
This isn’t just bad service — it’s dangerous. Food allergies can be life-threatening, and the staff’s carelessness shows zero regard for customers’ health. Completely unacceptable. I’ll never trust this place again.

I never write reviews, but I am very disappointed in how disingenuous the location is on iced beverages now. When ordering a large iced chai latte, it doesn’t even come up halfway. The staff says this is because of less ice (and I am familiar with the disclosure added to their app that it will not fill the full cup if ordered with less ice). However, the drink still had at least the same amount of ice as a medium, and it still was not a full medium. A large is supposed to be a 32 oz. iced beverage. On a food scale, the drink I received was 24 oz. That is a medium. Apparently the difference between a medium and large is now for 8 oz. ice.

Ran by this morning March 23rd. We ordered an english muffin a sourdough breakfast sandwich and some munchkin's. The sourdough bf sandwich was cold, like straight out of a fridge. The muffin was stale and had no taste. And of course there were only two flavored munchkin's. Super disappointed with how our orders came out but what can we expect... It's Dunkin. Won't be stopping by this location again.

I had to park my car and express the AMAZING AND BEAUTIFUL SERVICE I had today from Keri!!! Omg! From the moment she said hello, to walking me through the drink and food options because I wasn’t sold on what I wanted.. she made me laugh and smile through the entire experience.. I wanted to give my money to her!! lol I am so thankful for this experience, especially after starting off with such a rough morning. Thank you so much Keri!!!

Not sure if all Dunkin Donuts locations have gone off a cliff but this store has...staff is just bad and the donuts are stale and inconsistent most of the time...wish we had either better options/competitors or a better staff or both
I am so pissed and genuinely upset right now.. I went to Dunkin today to get one of their new drinks and when I received my drink at the window it was FULL of ice like the drink was basically JUST ice. I looked at it and I said to the lady that the drink had way too much ice and I even asked for light ice at the speaker. I handed back to her and not even a second later another lady come back AND HANDS ME BACK THE EXACT SAME DRINK!!!! I took the damn drink because I didn't want to seem like a dick. I made the mistake of tipping before I got my order.. I'm never going back to this Dunkin EVER again. The only thing pleasant about my experience was a nice guy who took my order. Also gave me an extra donut without charge. Whoever you are thank you, you were the only thing positive about my experience 😔

I ordered the sourdough 2 eggs with bacon. Bread was barely toasted, and bacon was lightly cooked. Everything else I bought was great. After I cooked the bacon and toasted the bread. The sandwich was really good.

Extremely slow service, lack of customer service skills, and continued inability to get orders correct. This speaks to poor management and their inability to train talent. My order is typically wrong at least 50% of the time.
