This has been one of my favorite McDonald's, usually. Today, it was again. The staff were quite lovely, quick, and nice. My fries were sheer perfection. They were the fries I expect every time from McDonald's.

This one might be a bit long. Last night I went to this location and was completely blown away by what happened. I have been in food service for more than 20 years and I walked into this mcdonalds and the manager on duty sylvonia (I hope I spelled your name correctly) was absolutely amazing. Not only was she super friendly and gave the best customer service I've ever experienced at Any mcdonalds location, but she was SO fast, efficient and even seemed to be training someone whilst keeping everything else going smoothly. I have never experienced that before and I am completely blown away. The store manager of this location needs to take note of the fact that sylvonia is indispensable and I am absolutely certain deserves a promotion and raise. She could absolutely run that store by herself, and did! Corporate also needs to take note of her and see the shining star they have at this location and open up every opportunity to her, because at the end of the day you have costumers who come to your establishment and only expect fast food, but when she's in the building you leave with a smile and a certainty that you won't be going anywhere else from now on! Its SO rare nowadays to have someone care so much about their job that the customer can instantly tell because they've just been given they best customer service they've ever experienced, but I'm happy to say that now, I have!

Went through the drive-thru. I bought a cheese burger. The bun was dry, and I asked for no onions. So it was loaded with Ketchup. Also, I ordered fries w no salt. There was salt on them. The drink was the best part of the meal.

Waited for over 35 minutes never got order! Had to leave to get to work. Refund me please!!!! $2.02
I had a mobile order and got all the way home to realize that my sandwich was missing. I drove back and the woman remembered me. I explained what happened and they made everything fresh for me. This was one of the best experiences I've ever had at a McDonald's

I get it; we all have off days. But, sometimes I wonder what's going on in there.
Yeah, it's McDonalds and I know I shouldn't expect much. But, if I order a two CHEESEburger meal; I don't think it's out of line for me to expect two burgers...with cheese. And, you know, all the stuff that normally is on a burger.
What did I get? Two meat patties on a bun. Nothing else. And a weird taste. What are you cooking these on? Are they rotten? Why are they spicy? Since when is McDonalds meat spicy?
Then there were the fries. How old is this fry oil? The taste makes me think it may have been ladled out of the waste oil vat by the trash can and reused. No fresh oil that day? No problem. Sometimes you just have to make it work with what you have on hand. Even if it is already discarded fry oil. The taste is something that has burned a hole in my brain and possibly my stomach. I don't think I can ever look at a McDonalds sign ever again without being reminded of the pungent, rotten taste of these fries. A taste that will curl your nose hairs. A taste that nobody should ever experience.
Good luck to you at this location. You're going to need it. And a strong mint.

Went through drive through. Attendant wanted us to order faster than necessary. Was very impatient. When got food the McCrispy patty was hard, like not fresh cooked, and the sandwich had no mayo. Positive was that the fries were really fresh and tasty.

This store is HORRIBLE! Restaurant is always dirty with sticky tables. Its just gross! Manager is rude, rude, rude!!!!! She needs to find a new job. As a DD it's my job is to make sure OUR customer has everything in their order otherwise I will be the one to get a bad review. Don't ask them any questions unless you want to get snapped at. So unprofessional in every way at this location! Yes, there are a few wonderful kind employees I have had the pleasure of dealing with, but the one manager makes going in there so unpleasant. OH, and I can't forget to add in the man I saw behind the counter sneeze into the fries one night while picking up an order. Do yourself a favor, drive a bit further and go to a different location. This place sucks! They don't even deserve that 1 star.
