I just want to give a shout out to Pizza Hut in Wesley Chapel I accidentally gave a driver hundred dollar bill because I was trying to give him a good tip but did not realize I gave him $100!! He was honest enough to bring it back to me which is totally awesome and we need more people like this!!

Ok, so this will be the LAST time my family ever orders from any Pizza Hut on the freaking planet! Please let me explain, it first started when one location near my home that used to service our area closed. As soon as that location closed we stopped being able to order delivery. Now people might be thinking, well maybe you are in a remote location that Pizza Hut doesn't service........... I know that it may sound that way but nope, we live in matthews where there are 2 location less then 5 miles from our home. To further explain how poorly Pizza Hut has handled the one location closing , all of Pizza Huts competitors, all much further distances from my home then the Pizza Hut locations that remain WILL delivery to us! Every single competitor!!!! So I didn't give up at this point because my family likes their pizza, i can take it or leave it. So I tried to fix the issue through the Pizza Hut customer service section of the Pizza Hut website, FYI you can only communicate through a complaint page not a person, really only one option!! The first try I received one generic reply from the website, then nothing. So I tried again and I was more persistent this time, after three more try I finally received a message back. Then after two more messages to the customer service email someone from one of the local stores called me. The General Manager at the location manually entered my info so that the store would take my delivery orders going forward, and only by phone, and when I asked if this would be delivered by PIZZA HUT and not a food delivery service like Uber they said absolutely, I asked this because I can order through a food delivery service, and I don't because the pizza is ALWAYS COLD. Does this sound like a real fix to you . No app or website orders at all????? What kind of fix is that???!!!! So we tried to call in an order for the first time and they did allow us to place the order....... But that is when the Pizza Hut's fix failed. So after about 27 minutes, the exact time that I was told by Pizza Hut that my delivery order Would be received, I received a text that DoorDash NOT Pizza Hut would be completing the delivery..... once again Pizza Hut would not be delivering my order! Because of these the order took 30 minutes longer then I was told, we received our pizza and of course it was COLD. I am writing this detailed review because I want people to know how Pizza Hut the corporation and the individual location totally dropped the ball, so that other customers don't have to experience how poorly Pizza Hut treats their customers...... take this as a warning from a former customer.

My wife called at 10:20 pm to ask for a pizza and the girl who spoke to us was really very rude and really made us lose the desire to eat pizza. If you are not willing to have patience and treat customers well, you should not work in customer service. this was our last time to call or eat at this location, very bad phone service

We always order carry out so I can't comment on delivery. Here's what I can comment on: it seems to always have a very high sanitation score, the pizza is always ready on time, and it is always prepared correctly. This is my favorite Pizza Hut - by far!!

I ordered a free pizza with my reward points. Kelly Clark didn't give my husband the pizza claiming my name(Sharisse McGill) wasn't on the board. No name means they didn't get the order. Once home, I called saying I had my confirmation number and she found it BY NAME on the warmer and didn't even need my confirmation number. When I asked why she didn't give it to my husband, she went on a rant about my name not being there and my name not being recognized. She made absolutely no sense. She admitted to not simply looking to see if it was on the warmer when he was there. She argued, gave no apology, took no responsibility, and hung up on me. So I've lost my reward points and I have no pizza.

I ordered a free pizza with my reward points today. My husband went to pick it up and Kelly Clark claimed my name (Sharisse McGill) wasn't on the screen. She said they didn't get the order. Once home, I pulled my order confirmation and called. Kelly didn't even ask for my confirmation number. She placed me on a brief hold only to come back and say they had the pizza. When asked why she didn't give it to my husband, she went on a rant about my name not being on the screen and not recognizing my name when he gave it. It made no sense. She offered no apology, took no responsibility,and hung up on me. I lost out on my reward points and had no pizza to show for it.

Ordered from this location for the first time today and was quite disappointed. I ordered a Pepperoni Lovers with garlic buttery crust and got what looked like a regular pepperoni pizza, and there was no garlic or butter on the crust. I'll stick with the Waxhaw location from now on.

I live 10 min from this location and they tool 1 hour t deliver, and the topins were nearly burnt.
