Young girl working on Saturday after Thanksgiving was so rude and she wasn’t even busy. I was the only one around. Harris Teeter was almost empty. Makes me not want to get coffee here. I greeted her with Hi! How are you? She just stared at me like she was bored. Took my order, didn’t pay attention, asked again for my order then walked off when she asked how I was paying. When she was finished I thanked her and she just stared at me. If this is who Starbucks is hiring I can go to Dunkin.

Staff had incredible personalities, worked very well together during the Mothers Day rush and showed excellent customer service with every customer interaction. Initially I had ordered a latte and forgot to mention the milk details (my fault) and I had ordered a breakfast sandwich that was still cold in the center. I approached the employee (I wish I could remember her name!) but she was so very kind when I asked if my drink could be remade with the correct milk and if I could have a new sandwich. Not only did they remake my beverage and sandwich but I also offered a cake pop to make it right. This was so unexpected and spoke volumes about the service they provide. Each employee I interacted with was so pleasant! Thank you so much! Highly recommend this location! ?

Paid $6.50 for a half a cup of latte. They did not fill the grande cup except with whipping cream. So unhappy and unimpressed. Over charged do not come here for coffee. Coffee level is to finger line.

Nolan was an amazing breathe of fresh air when I stopped in tonight! After having a long hard day, I stopped in for a water. He was so genuine in asking me about my day and we continued to chat. He is so joy filled and has such a great smile! He had me laughing and I needed that. Thank you, Nolan. Keep on being YOU!

I didn’t expect such a comfortable place to have coffee. The coffee was fresh and my daughter’s pink drink was very good.

the employee Ella grace was extremely rude to my daughter. She may be young but she is a costumer and then walked away to speak with another person of the target team and did not make her drink leaving the other employee with multiple drinks to make.

Service was quick. Coffee is hot and staff was friendly. I came in about 8: 30am so there wasn't a line. Obviously a little bit of a pain that it's in Target.

Absolutely amazing!
Tried to order a drink 15 minutes till closing. The man said of course he could make it. The women then said actually we can’t make it because we are about to close.
