The place just opened and I guess the employees are learning. I ordered inside, the drive through wasn't open. The tacos were fine, no problem. I trust things will get better.

The lady running the show at show at this taco bell drive thru should be extracted by the area rep and put in place at every taco bell until she's trained every one of the taco bell drive thru MCs to imitate her pizazz (even at a fraction of the gusto).
If Chick-fil-a ever finds out about this absolute professional entertainer running a shift at this tucked-away taco bell they're going to talent snipe her.
I mean, consider this, I'm taking time out of my day to write a review about the smallest interaction I had at the drive thru. That's crazy.

I personally love this Taco Bell, sucks to see the reviews so bad. I usually get the same thing and the worst thing to happen to me at this store was they forgot to put in an add on I ordered, but that happened only once. The staff are as nice as you would expect from a fast food restaurant. Only negative, the drive thru is SUPER narrow it’s scary lol.

As with all the other reviews suggest, this establishment truly has improved over the months.

I had a nice experience today, all my food including the cantina chicken quesadilla and Doritos locos taco tasted phenomenal. The entire restaurant was clean and the staff were quick and friendly.

Takes 12 business days to get two tacos even if you pre order on the app. I gave them 3 different tries and each time took longer than the last

Do not fear the low ratings on this Taco Bell as the service has completely changed In the best way possible. I have gone to various Taco Bell’s including this location when I first opened up and honestly, I was disappointed, but this is my second time visiting it after so many months of it being open and I have never received better service from all the multiple Taco Bell locations I’ve gone to! The girl working the drive-thru window and making the food has the most exceptional customer service skills and the food was AMAZING!! Would HIGHLY recommend!!

This is NOT fast food, I’ve waiting in the line for 45 minutes in the DRIVE THRU, they take so long, and even always mess up my order, either adding something i didn’t want or not giving me at least 2 items i PAID for, do NOT come to this Taco Bell, it’s nothing but a waste of time and money. Literally Anywhere else is 10x better

This taco bell is phenomenal, the customer service is top tier and the food is always fresh. I highly recommend!

Fast friendly service. Clean restaurant. My only concern was the amount of beef on a the two beef and cheese burritos. In my opinion only half the beef was on there. I have gotten the see same burritos at other Taco Bell’s and not even close.

Not sure why the inital reviews are low. My experience this evening was 5 stars from start to finish. The manager, staff and one employee (off shift/not working) were extremely helpful and kept customer focus paramount.

In addition, the location was spotless and the younger customers were very well mannered (nice job parents) and young adult's. 👏

I'll be back for certain.
