This is NOT fast food, I’ve waiting in the line for 45 minutes in the DRIVE THRU, they take so long, and even always mess up my order, either adding something i didn’t want or not giving me at least 2 items i PAID for, do NOT come to this Taco Bell, it’s nothing but a waste of time and money. Literally Anywhere else is 10x better

This taco bell is phenomenal, the customer service is top tier and the food is always fresh. I highly recommend!
Fast friendly service. Clean restaurant. My only concern was the amount of beef on a the two beef and cheese burritos. In my opinion only half the beef was on there. I have gotten the see same burritos at other Taco Bell’s and not even close.

Not sure why the inital reviews are low. My experience this evening was 5 stars from start to finish. The manager, staff and one employee (off shift/not working) were extremely helpful and kept customer focus paramount.
In addition, the location was spotless and the younger customers were very well mannered (nice job parents) and young adult's. 👏
I'll be back for certain.

If I have one thing to say it is that no fast food spot should take an hour to get one small order together especially when there are 8+ people working, I ordered through door dash at 7:10 and my first dasher was there for 15 minutes before leaving, then my second dasher was there around 40 minutes before I had to go up there to get my food, the gentleman that was giving the food claimed “ I just got back from break and it’s been crazy” that still doesn’t explain why 7+ people can’t make one order and then the manager wants to try to put it off on door dash as their problem while when I ask for the corporate number he hangs up ( Sammy,Sammie)< don’t know or care how to spell it!! Very rude, unprofessional, and very unacceptable!!! 0 out of 5 stars if possible

Not sure what’s going on here as this place just opened up and already has some serious problems. I just came through the drive through at 2:00pm and they couldn’t take my order and had me waiting for at least 10 minutes with no response, I tried to wait patiently assuming they were busy. I finally said something to them and I was told they could take my order but it would be about 10 minutes because they were short staffed. I just ordered one single burrito. I was literally the only car there, and the parking lot was also empty. Either people who are working here just don’t want to do the job and hope you just go away or they have much bigger problems if neither of the two people on the drive through are capable of making one burrito when they have no other customers to deal with. I have worked food service myself a long time and this is just sad. Close down if it’s that bad until u can actually handle even the smallest of orders.

I had high hopes for this brand new Taco Bell in such a great location, but the service was the worst I’ve ever experienced. We placed a mobile order, yet our food wasn’t ready until 15 minutes past the estimated pickup time given and the store wasn’t even that busy. We weren’t asking for much, it was a small order of nacho fries, tacos and a chicken bowl.
While we waited, another customer tried to buy a gift card, but none of the employees knew how to activate it, so she ended up leaving empty handed. When our order finally came out, the nacho fries were cold and the rest of the food was just average.
One employee seemed to care and was doing her best, but the rest clearly need better training. Unfortunately, this was such a disappointing visit that we won’t be returning.

The food was good, service pleasant, ¿2/3rds scale dining room as well as parking space? Will be overwhelmed when Friday or Saturday night high school teams converge on this small location!

If I could give no stars I would!
The lady: Chelsey J that took our order was very rude! Then had an attitude when I asked for a side order of sour cream!
Also, when giving us our food, she was rolling her eyes.
She needs to find a new job!
Customer services is not that hard. I work in it I would know.

I genuinely don't understand all the incredibly negative reviews. I've been to this location, probably far too much since it's open, and it's been better than most Taco Bells I go to. The food has been solid, yes there was one time my wife had a taco that wasn't good, but they've been overall great. Any extra food or items we've ordered haven't been missed like they do at other locations, the staff has all been super friendly.
I think a lot of the reviews seem to miss the fact that it's summertime, kids from high school are working, so their service isn't going to be impeccable, it's also Taco Bell, not a fine dining establishment. A little patience and kindness goes a long way, life's too short to be mad that a kid whose learning at their first job missed your sauce or silverware.
Also for everyone who keeps messing up their order in the drive thru, just use the mobile app. It's been perfect every time, and there's no confusion on what you're trying to get or explain over the microphone.

Awful customer service. The woman working there seemed to mainly care that the other employees saved the messed-up orders so she could eat them herself (she said it in front of us). She acted like she disliked people in general and wanted to be elsewhere. I echo what others have said about paying cash. There was no indication that you need to go to the cashier and pay ahead of time after ordering at the kiosk before they will start making the order and they dont say anything even if you are the only customers and waiting a long time just a few feet away from the employees. I had been looking forward to this place being so close, but its better driving to the other locations if you are in the mood for taco bell.

Unfortunately this fast food location is not working. We have had two very negative experiences at this location and that's it! Not going back. First visit, they were new so we tried to be supportive and visit an be patient, but the service and food were not good. The person who took our order just had no clue! The 2nd time was horrible! We were behind 2 other vehicles at drive thru and we were there nearly 40 mins! The service was so typical today - no greeting, no thank you, no napkins, no smile!. Just plain sad for Wesley Chapel.

Stood there for 20 minutes, entered my meal into the menu screen. I am paying cash. I press the cash button. Nothing indicates to me that I have to pay someone ahead of time before they make my food so I wait finally getting frustrated. I ask where my food is, they tell me oh well I was supposed to pay first, although nothing indicated that so have fun if you have to pay cash and you go inside management and staff other than one person there was pretty rude.

I just learned how to leave a review so figured I’d give it a try. I. was in this Taco Bell on just their second day open and I saw a young lady working there walk out and quit right in front of me. Made me feel bad for her. The manager looked like a woman in her 40s she was being real rude and nasty. Just plain unprofessional. I’ve worked enough jobs in my day to know bad management when I see it. Food was cold, took way too long to come out, and the whole place was disorganized. Can’t say I blame that girl for leaving. If I was treated like that, I would’ve walked out too.
