I walked in and no one was there to provide a welcoming experience! I then waited for 5 min and still no one! I then reached for sample cups myself and finally the lady came back out and gave me sass. It was a very poor experience and made me upset when I was paying for bad service! The food it's self was good but expletive was bad!

Lots of seating inside and outside. Never too crowded and located in a shopping plaza with lots of other stores. This location has a drive thru but limited parking. Staff is very friendly.

I was absolutely amazed at how wonderful this place is! The woman who helped me was incredibly friendly and relatable. There are plenty of different choices for your froyo and a LOT of topping options. The place was clean and smelled great, I have absolutely no complaints! Definitely a must try.

This place is great for people with allergies who don't usually get to have ice cream. The are better/more dairy-free options at this tcby then other local soft serve competing stores in the Monroe/Waxhaw area.
