Somethings happened to this subway, the vegetables arenāt kept full, the area around them isnāt wiped off, last night I was there and started to order when I saw a bug on the counter, lost my appetite so I left.
Making the sandwiches was slow. Only two workers present. One server was unemotional, but the other was smiling and happy. The sandwich was very good.

Employees make up their own hours. I would recommend the management. Have a talk with them about closing time being with stated on the door not when itās convenient for them. Was refuse service at 9:50 even though they were open till 10 PM.

For two days in a row now we have ordered subs for dinner on the app. Two days and they can not get the order right. First was yesterday my husband ordered a Footlong Ham sub for the sauce he wanted the Sweet Onion sauce they put Honey Mustard on it instead. He ate it cause he likes honey mustard too. Then today I ordered two footlong ham subs they both were suppose to have pepper jack cheese they put American cheese instead. I ordered mine with lettuce and honey mustard along with green peppers, onions and banana peppers. My husband got a spinach, onion, green pepper, banana pepper and sweet onion sauce. What do they do give us two footlong ham subs with American cheese, spinach, green peppers, onion, banana peppers and sweet onion sauce. I am not one to complain but really someone needs to learn to do their job right or go back to school and learn how to read or both. I tried to call them to see what could be done and no answer. I am very unsatisfied with this. I have worked with the public and still do so I get it and know how it is but that was my hard earned money and my dinner. I did NOT eat it. Now I will find another subway to go to and get my food, maybe. If I do I will make sure itās one that can do the job right and knows how to read.

I have a subway 2.7mi from my house, but I drive 7mi to this one! I have been here 15-20 times in the last year with most of my orders online, and have NEVER had a hosed up order. This last Sunday was no exception! The staff are always friendly, and I have never seen the restaurant not clean.
