Employees are rude, not welcoming at all. Walked in and thought they were shutting down from the shelves being empty to the employees just standing around and talking. Barely had any options of meats or cheese. Lettuce was questionable just by looking at it. Employee at check out offered the meal deal with chips and when I asked if there were any she laughed and said no.

I have been to the aberdeen location and the southern pines location. They are always out of something. Aberdeen had no white bread, that us as far as I got. We then went to southern pines and they had white bread but no turkey, meatballs, rotisserie chicken, no tomatoes, spinach, black olives, and cucumbers. The people working there are always nice, that is why the 5 stars for that category. Do better managers and owners or you can start losing business.

Somethings happened to this subway, the vegetables aren’t kept full, the area around them isn’t wiped off, last night I was there and started to order when I saw a bug on the counter, lost my appetite so I left.

Making the sandwiches was slow. Only two workers present. One server was unemotional, but the other was smiling and happy. The sandwich was very good.
