Bojangles has awesome food however if they could cook it hot and fresh. I would be tickled pink. The workers give you the cold food and look as if they have giving you a five start meal. Oh! Not ALL, but many of them have poor attitudes to work in customer service. I love Bojangles sweet tea and routinely request it with light ice or NO ice. Often times the cup has ice. Please listen and stay off ur cellphones! The attitudes and poor service appears to be a systematic problem they cannot get rid of.

Bought a family verity feast $50 some dollars. Got half a chicken should be whole. 4 chicken tenders should have been 12. Missing gravey and had to go in and get the damn fries. More times then I can count this place sucks. Long waits incorrect food or missing. I wish they shut the place down. Burger King across the road is the best fast food place in williamston hands down.

I have never been so disgusted in my life. I went to the Bojangles in Williamston, NC today, got my meal, and took my tea to go. When I got home, I went to pour what tea I didn’t finish out and found a CLEAR PLASTIC BAG sitting at the bottom of my cup.
Yes, a plastic bag. In the drink I’d been sipping on. 🤢
My stomach turned and my nerves are shot. This is beyond unsanitary and I honestly feel sick thinking about it. How does something like this even happen in a place serving food and drinks to the public?!
Please, y’all — check your drinks if you go to that Bojangles. This is absolutely disgusting and needs to be addressed.

I had to wait 15 minutes for my biscuit. The burger was ready immediately. When the biscuit was ready, my burger was cold again. Thanks for cold slow food. The first and last time eating at Bojangles.
