It was a busy time when I arrived so I opted to walk up to the window. No one was in front of me, and it took 8 minutes to give my food to me. The staff was friendly, and several people left while others reported to work. The only negative was that my nuggets were obviously overcooked, and my onion rings were skimpy. I wasn't very hungry, so it was enough to fill me up. I intend to return for one of their milkshakes soon!
Classic quick serve burgers and diner food, all made to order, fast and to go. Solid choice for anyone feeding a family on a budget of time or money.

Went up to the window to order and employees looked at me never opened the window and I sat there for a few minutes thinking they would get to me and they looked at me and they kept their backs turned. One young male employee with brown hair came right up to the window poured himself a drink looked at me, drank it and walked away .

Great burgers, if you're lucky enough to get what you ordered. Kalaysia needs training and a lesson in manners. Meanwhile, the male manager is always unaware. Cookout needs to train their employees, Gvlle & Washington stores don't have this problem. I don't like to complain, but it's happening way too much.
