Wish we could of ate inside. Burger cookout style and cheddar style 5 stars! Fries & onion rings needed to be could cooked longer. Loved the hush puppies, & cheese bites. Chocolate malt 5 stars, coke float was good but needed more coke, it was mostly ice cream. We would eat there again.

We went later in the evening about 11:30pm. Loved that they were open late night. I got chicken nuggets fries and hushpuppies all of which was delicious. I love their hush puppies, they were crispy and mmm yummy.

Their cherry cheesecake milkshake almost has cheesecake! I could barely taste the cheesecake. Only the cherry.
Past several experiences have been just awful. The cook out in Rocky Mount is NIGHT AND DAY better than this god awful place. This certain cook out is forever getting the order wrong, giving out cold reheated food, or worse. Showed up at 1am for a coke and it tasted like pure water or flat soda. $3 for a flat soda, or $10 for a tray that’s guaranteed to be missing anything from as small as a fork or Cajun seasoning to as much as your entire sandwich. Hard to blame most of this on the day time cashiers as they are clearly busy and doing their best. The receipt is almost always right, while the food that comes in the bag continues to be wrong. SMH, I’ve worked in the hospitality industry (restaurant business) all my life. And it’s sad that cook out which is so popular in NC is such a sad excuse of a place to eat in Williamston NC.

Customer service was horrible. I’m a female and I’m driving a big van so they can’t really see my face. She kept calling me, sir sir sir sir sir and then she was very rude. Told me she was closed and it is like 1:57 PM in the afternoon so how’s they close? I don’t know but I advise you do not go there?

Food was horrid. Gentleman at the menu not only kept cutting us off but then when we tried to correct the order at the window he Simply said no and held his hand out for the payment. Never had this happen before. I am almost 6 months pregnant and they severed us food that has been sitting out. Everyone knows pregnant women cannot eat anything sitting out for over an hour. The meat is so cold it’s hard. ’m editing my review now that I’ve gotten home and actually got to sit down and eat the food.
They handled two buses of kids with ease.
