We stoped and got some food before heading to the big daddy motorsports truck and tractor pull in the Dome and unfortunately the items we ordered were not what we got but we ate it anyway. It was a busy time when I arrived so I opted to walk up to the window. No one was in front of me, and it took 8 minutes to give my food to me. The staff was friendly, and several people left while others reported to work. The only negative was that my nuggets were obviously overcooked, and my onion rings were skimpy. I wasn't very hungry, so it was enough to fill me up. I intend to return for one of their milkshakes soon!
Great burgers, if you're lucky enough to get what you ordered. Kalaysia needs training and a lesson in manners. Meanwhile, the male manager is always unaware. Cookout needs to train their employees, Gvlle & Washington stores don't have this problem. I don't like to complain, but it's happening way too much.
