All employees did not care or have their act together tonight (lack of professionalism). We stood in the lobby for 30 minutes waiting for 2-3 strips meals and blizzards. Cashier was lost in everything, The one cooking took food out to a car wearing gloves. When he came back in straight to the grill with the same gloves. No hats, no hair nets, no name tags and no uniform. They looked as if the came off the street to work. If this is our future then we are in trouble.

Ice.
Machine didn't work and they really, really needs to teach these kids how to cook. Please add some salt and pepper to the food. French fries were very bland needed some salt. A burger had no flavor with soap. Just add a little salt, a little black pepper and it will go a long ways.

This is actually two reviews in one. We decided to give this location a second chance and they failed again for different reasons. The first time we went, we were going through the drive through. We could smell a very strong aroma of marijuana. My husband and I both assumed it was the car that may have been there before us and the smell just lingered, or maybe somebody head done it in the parking lot. When we got to the drive through window, we literally saw a puff of smoke and somebody stand up, lay something down and to make our blizzards. The same time that the guy opened the window to take our payment. We were hit in the face by that awful skunk smell. My husband and I just sort of joked about it and remember the time when he and I were both kids... but it's still not an appropriate thing to do at work. And thank god, we did not have our kids with us. Tonight we decided that we were gonna go out for a late snack.I looked at the hours, it said they closed at eleven. We arrived at nine fifty five and the doors we're locked. The sign on the door said that they closed at ten thirty. So we thought, maybe the lobby closes a little bit earlier than the drive through. We go through the drive through. We wanted three chicken baskets and three mini blizzards. We were told that the grill was closed and that they closed the grill at nine o'clock. I have heard of restaurants, closing fifteen to thirty minutes before close, but never an hour and a half. That sort of information should have been posted on the door and on their drive through menu. So we just ordered the blizzards. When we got to the window, it's posted that the in store hours.Or until ten thirty... so why was the lobby closed? Maybe the staff was doing as they were told, but if this is the store's policy to close like this, then there needs to be proper signage.

Mother’s Day and this place was BUSY! The young men working here today are doing a great job! Talk about hard work & multi-tasking! And so respectful! I’m impressed. If I could give the service 6 out of 5 stars, I would!!

I can't say much about the atmosphere, it's fast food. But it was clean! The food is fast food, but better than McDonald's. And of course there's the ice cream, blizzards, and such. That's the main reason we all go to Dairy Queen anyway. Service is good, depending on who's working. Other times, they just seem like they don't care. But, that's pretty much anywhere you go these days where they don't depend on tips for their paychecks.

Staff were friendly. Food was served correctly through drive thru. We got the blizzards and they were delicious.

This DQ should’ve been closed years ago. I don’t know why I thought it was a good idea to come back. Poor excuse of service from the drive through worker and they were out of most of the things we tried to order.

I came into Dairy Queen tonight, hoping to get my husband and son some food, and an ice cream for myself. Instead I waited about 5 minutes for anyone to take our order, and was treated by not one but TWO GIANT COCKROACHES. We looked back and there was no one in the kitchen. After about 5 minutes or so, was when the servers came out from the back of the restaurant and took our order. The server was really nice and helped take our order quickly. However, they were out of chocolate ice cream. It then took about 25 minutes for our food to finally come out, and while waiting, we noticed a huge roach crawl down the wall, then back up to the ceiling, where it then fell back onto the floor and started moving back behind the counter. We then notified the server who then killed the roach. When we went to leave, there was another one by the exit doors. Also, when I went into the woman’s bathroom, there was what appeared to be a dried up glob of blood on the bathroom stall door. I’m from this town, and I work nearby and I normally eat here once or twice a week, however after reviewing this conditions, as someone who works in the food industry and is SerSafe Certified, it will definitely be a long time before I even think about coming back to this restaurant.

Waited ten minutes for them to tell us they are only doing ice cream. It's 6:30 not midnight but i guess being lazy is how it goes these days
