We drove from middle TN to Williamston this weekend for my husband's 65th birthday. We planned to go to a museum, Nag's Head, kitty hawk, etc. And then the storm. We didn't get to go to any of the places we planned, snowed in at the Hampton Inn instead. Other than hotel breakfast and a couple little snacks,there was no food. Bad Customer Service. The manager was pretty Ok but rest of crew sucks. They don’t have want to answer phones, orders be wrong, and they charge you for everything even marinara sauce when you order things like Cheesy Bread.
I'm very disappointed in customer service tonight. I called in a carry out order and I ask her what the specials were and she gave me a different price than what I usually pay. I called back and talked to the manager and he said the I had to ask for the 7.99 large pizza. That the reason I ask when I called it in. So I then called the Dominos in Greenville were we usually go. I ask her for the special and she said a large for 7.99. But they charged me 12.99. Well I want go there...read full review
