We cannot say enough wonderful things about Georgia Deans Catering! The food at our wedding was absolutely incredible. For dinner, we had a filet mignon carving station, grilled chicken, mashed potato bar, bistro veggies, and dinner rolls—and every single thing was delicious. Our guests are still raving about the appetizers, especially the sweet potato ham biscuits, chicken salad, and crab dip. Even though we didn’t get to enjoy much of the cocktail hour food ourselves, the feedback we received was nothing but glowing. Everything was beautifully presented, full of flavor, and the service was top notch. Georgia Deans helped make our wedding day unforgettable, and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for amazing food and a great catering experience! Thank you, Georgia Deans! We arrived about 7-7:30 as a party of 9. Georgia Dean’s staff was accommodating & awesome! Jacob was an excellent server! Professional & personable. 2 other staff helped with bringing food out. Everything was accurate, delivered to the right person, & cooked perfectly! One of my best meals. Owner or manager came over often to our table to make sure all was good/had what we needed. Jacob was also checking in on us. Perfect service-not hovering but there when we needed/wanted a refill or drink. We loved everything about Georgia Dean’s. But the stuffed scallops-never heard of a stuffed one-they were beyond delicious! 😋
Our party of 9 was from all over NC, MD, VA, and PA-and will definitely return next time in town! Excellent food and service.

Food was really bad and our server was clueless. Didn’t even know what a Sauvignon Blanc was.

Had an early birthday celebration today and the food was amazing! Our waitress Tanya was phenomenal! A first time for half of our party but they said definitely not the last! Always a good bite to eat for a great price! Thank you Georgia Deans!

We had our wedding at Roanoke Country Club and so therefore Georgia Deans was the caterer! I absolutely would recommend them, the staff, and the sweet owner, Stephanie to anyone. The tasting was amazing and laid back, she was so nice about letting my mom & I come in and see all that was available for decorating, and most importantly the food was BOMB. Rehearsal dinner food was 10/10, bridal party getting ready (breakfast and lunch) spread was AMAZING, and wedding food was FANTASTIC. Our friends and family are still talking about how good and nice it was. I have lots of dinners to Georgia Deans planned with friends and family because of the wedding. Elise, Mandy, and Christopher were some of the staff members I remember and they were amazing! I will forever recommend Georgia Deans, Roanoke Country Club & Stephanie! My husband and I love eating there for date nights so it makes it so special that they were a part of such a big day for us!

My first time here 11/15/2024. I should have taken pictures of my food. I ordered the seafood platter.They only offer baked potatoes after 4 pm. So I had the onion rings,which were good. Maybe they should change their menu. The bed was simply awesome
The food was plentiful and delicious. It was cold in there with the fans blowing overhead. So I will be returning another time.

Wonderful gluten-free options. The seafood platter (broiled) was wonderful. The staff is very knowledgeable about gluten free. Don't miss the coleslaw.

Have been back since. Place, the food, the staff, and the venue will not disappoint. Will be returning.

Vegetarian options: I'm not a veggie though. But enjoy veggie dishes.

Wow! Great service, very cool and country atmosphere and amazing food. You can tell they have great ingredients and well thought out dishes. This is definitely a gem. Our group had a bunch of different types of dishes (fried green tomatoes, salad, Deans club, chicken nachos, tacos and even the stuffed scallops) and ALL of the dishes were stellar. I hope we’ll be able to come back here on our next vacation!
