Highly disappointed in the service last night. Arrived at 6:30 pm, sat a few minutes after 7. Table of 5 adults and 1 child. Ordered basic meals, 2 burgers, 1 tortellini, 2 wraps and 2 appetizers. Apps came after 30 minutes, food arrive 1 hour and 18 minutes later. We all got boxes to take home because they were cleaning and looked to be closing. No discount offered only thing was our server advised us of an upstairs party of 30 all eating steaks. Would have been okay had we been advised at the time of ordering. Did over hear a "regular" be advised of their discount for their inconvenience. That was salt to an open wound. Just shy of a $200 meal and drinks. Meal in a box in my fridge.

We were passing through and was pleasantly surprised by this place. We walked in, and the atmosphere was so cute and nice, the restrooms were super clean, and then everything on the menu looked so good it was hard to decide what to get. We got a pasta and a burger and they tasted great.

Went to this place for the first time tonight. Everyone ranted about the food. I was totally disappointed. The bread was very hard, the crab cakes were cold and undercooked, the broccoli although I asked it be cooked longer, was crunchy. As a first timer eating there, it did not meet my expectations and I most likely will not return. On a positive note, the atmosphere was nice, and the waitress was personable, and provided good customer service.

If you have not been here, you should! The building, which was previously a flower shop, was turned into one of the most popular restaurants in the Inner Banks. Georgia Deans has a great staff, food, management and overall perfect atmosphere for a dinner date or quick business lunch. They have one of the best catering crews and menu in the area as well. Also, don't miss out on their great drinks at the bar and fun events they host throughout the year! I personally recommend The Roanoke as a drink. Just down the road from the Roanoke Country Club and easily accessible right off of HWY 17 and US 64.

Great country home feeling restaurant! My BBQ wings were spot on, and the crab dip...divine! All the food that came to our table looked great! Portion sizes were large. Do NOT miss out on the cinnamon sugar donut for dessert. We hqd to take ours to go but even cold they were ah-mazing!

A upscale experience at a reasonable price is a unique building in a small coastal area. The service was exceptional and the food was of quality ingredients. So glad to stop in and will definitely return.

First time here. I was seated by the bar area.Tip: when I used to work, we were not to bring our personal problems to work; hang it outside before starting, pick it up when leaving.I'm 63 and the waitress was not friendly or smiling. I think she assumed I knew the menu. No baked potato until dinner so I had to choose fries. Salad dressings were not listed so when I asked what they have, the answer was like talking to a child. You would think that with the face I made she would get the hint of taking it down a notch. Good grief! Strawberry margaritas are on the rocks, I like it crushed in a blender. The food was delicious. I will be ordering to go in the future. Highly recommend this restaurant.

What a wonderful place!!! Great food, drinks and service! That chicken salad is amazing as well as the Painkiller cocktail and the Liquid Marijuana cocktail! Our server Taylor was delightful!

The food tasted great, however the portions are ridiculously small for the prices charged. I had a seafood platter and it only had two scallops on the plate. My major problem, however, is the forced 18% tip automatically added to the bill. A gratuity is a VOLUNTARY amount a customer pays IF they feel the service is exceptional. Not an amount that is forced to be paid without any notice that it will be charged.
