The employees are very rude and don't acknowledge you. They take your order then walk off without saying a word. Then they bring your food, then walk off without saying a word. It's not one employee, it is most of them. There is an older gentleman that works in the mornings that is great.The booths have crumbs on all the seats and tables. The window sills are disgusting. They need to hire a cleaning crew and give a deep clean.

Now I know why people are all at cookout. Just rudeness and the needs to learn how to repeat an order back to you and ask if you need anything else. She hands me my order and slams the window. I needed some ketchup. And she needs to learn how to say THANK YOU. Order # 360499

This place is horrible!I ordered through the drive-through, and then the lady who was taking our order has the lowest voice ever, and we cannot hear what she’s saying. What makes it more annoying is that her supervisor keeps on chiming in and yelling at us, asking “anything else” in a rude manner. Very unprofessional!When I get to the window, the lady taking my order doesn’t even show interest and is not very welcoming. The overall atmosphere is just unfriendly. I also see everyone in the kitchen laughing and screwing around while checking on us from the window. I also see who I think is the supervisor whispering to the lady who took our order.I end up not eating my order because their whole demeanor doesn’t sit right with me and seems like they are doing something with my food. I wasted my time and money; this place is not worth it.

DONT GO HEREOrdered food through drive thru and couldn't hear her so her co worker is yelling through the head set took forever to get our food they were laughing and screwing around in the back so we didn't eat our food I knew they were doing something to our food. Corporate needs to shut this place down there was no one there that was an adult, they are children.

It seems everytime we go to dine in the doors are locked and have to go through drive thru. Came on 12/8/2023 at 6:30 pm and the doors were locked. It seems to happen quite often. The employees stay on their phones and are very rude. I drive 40 minutes just to eat at Hardee’s just to get disappointed when we get there. Will not drive the distance anymore to eat there!!

Employees arguing and yelling in front of customers. Store # 1506270, order 225045, cashier Crawford. Time 12:30pm. Loud and very difficult to eat inside. No wonder their business in this town is terrible. Arguing about bathrooms being clean or needing cleaning. Still arguing.

Ripped Me off. Didn't get what I ordered online and paid for. I ordered breakfast platter, with bacon, got dry sausage, ordered a small coke, ordered a SEC combo. Large. They left out half . Paid for 2 cinnamon bun biscuits and French toast sticks. $15.80 & $8.80

No wonder they didn't have much business. The attitude of the help was awful. Got the order wrong and of course didn't want to correct. Sheeew us off like flies. Fortunately the food we got was good but attitude was NASTY!

Thank you to Hardee's for making food that actually tastes good. The only downside to this location was the customer service, it was very snappy and rude, but the food was good and that is what I care about everything was hot and tasted great.
