The best thing either the owners or Yum Brands could do would be to close this location and retrain everyone.
While I waited for my 2 piece dark extra crispy combo meal I saw 5 to 10 orders come out. NONE of them was correct. Orders then came out for people that had already been served and left.
The only way you could get your order was to stand there, tell them what you paid for, and not get out of the way until you got your order. Another gentleman and I tried to wait patiently. However after 20 minutes and seeing others come and go we had to show our bumms a little and stand in the way to get our order.
I got home to eat it. It was cold greasy and over salted so I just threw it away.
Again, close this location, clean it, and retrain the leadership staff!!!!!!!!!!

I made a $75 dollar purchase at this location. I’ve never seen such ungrateful and unappreciative staff in my entire life. I called in to place the order so it wasn’t rushed because it was a large order. When I arrive the person who took my order asked me for my order again because they didn’t know what I ordered. So I wait anyways and the order is wrong I call them and ask to return the food being frustrated at this point. The employee on the phone Samantha tells me they can’t return it because it cost to much and asks to remake it on another day I agree trying not to be hard to deal with. I call today not only does the manager refuse to make my order she tells me the “50 orders on her screen are more important than mine” and that I’m not getting it back she then goes on about it being a lot of money (my money mind you). Then got blatantly irate and cursed me on the phone and hung up!

I go often to kfc last two time I ordered im a piece of chicken short in my bucket don't know ow if they talking too much among them selves and not counting but it definitely hit my nerves today for me to make this review they don't even answer the phone wassent to busy ither to have that as an excuse then they always asking to round off that's also aggravating when you go a couple times a week to eat their I feel like they making about 4 dollars off me asking every time then you agree and don't get all your chicken and you always donating to them

KFc commercial i saw was sickening. If you see that commercial i don't believe anyone would eat there. How could KFC do such a thing. I'm done with it. It's a shame too. Good chicken if that's what it is.

Spent $50 on food I got a 12 peice bucket of chicken, mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, and fries. My chicken was not cooked and was super pink and bloody when we bit into and they forgot to put my fries in the bag. Waste of money! Never again
