This place is the epitome of the trifecta of a restaurant that you want to visit in the area. The biggest thing that made it meaningful was Roy. With his majestic beard and welcoming personality, he was the perfect fit for the charming environment. I’ve been to a lot of Mexican places in my time, but this place just had something special in terms of its atmosphere. All the workers worked quickly the food arrived perfectly and quickly. As someone who has lived in Raleigh, DC, and places between, this is my favorite Mexican restaurant. Food and drinks are 10/10. The bar is PACKED with about anything you could want, which is difficult to find out in the boondocks of Martin County.
